This is a semi-detached family friendly unit. 2 living rooms and a game room with plenty of games for rainy days. The entire three floors is private and sectioned off and completely yours to use, as well as a completely fenced in backyard with a Summer hot tub (shut down when weather is below 35) and 4 out door decks plus one screened in porch. There is a gas grill and a gas fire pit on the deck. There is direct access to Lake Winnipesaukee with a 40 foot dock directly across the street. The main drive-way is yours to park in and easily fits 6 vehicles. Boat trailer can be parked in a separate area with notice.Weirs Beach, Meadowbrook, Funspot and Gunstock are minutes away. Multiple restaurants and activities in the area. This house can be handicapped accessible with notice.
