For your convenience there is a new washer and dryer located off the bathroom in the Master Bedroom.The guest room offers two full-size beds and has an attached bathroom. Relax on the guest room balcony for your morning coffee or an evening cocktail while breathing in the salty air and watching the ocean waves. The balcony provides a table and seating for 4 people. The guest room also has a personal microwave and mini refrigerator for extra storage.The open floor plan in the living room allows you to relax on the large sofa while not being far away from your family and friends. Take a break from the Florida heat and enjoy the air conditioning while watching your favorite show on cable TV. For ample sleeping space, the sofa pulls out into a queen size bed with extra bedding provided. Find what you need to make the perfect meal in the fully stocked kitchen.
