Welcome to our charming vacation rental at Northern Lights, Bob and I are so excited to share our second vacation rental located in the picturesque town of Douglas, Michigan. Just a few of our favorites, too many to mention... are The Southerner, which has some of the best Nashville Hot chicken we’ve had. Red Dock, located on the waterfront in Douglas, offers fresh “bar food” and stunning harbor views, while Phil's Bar & Grille is a local institution serving up a diverse menu of creative flavors. For a unique dining experience, Everyday People's Cafe offers a unique and eclectic dining experience, this cafe has gained a reputation for its delicious and wholesome food. Had enough of the beach? Take a ride on the Star of Saugatuck, a true stern wheel paddle boat or try the retro boating scene along the scenic Kalamazoo River. This Condo offers all the amenities and is within a short drive to Douglas Beach, Oval Beach, Downtown Douglas and Saugatuck. We did not skimp on anything regarding what guests "may" need while staying with us! The kitchen is fully stocked with a coffee maker, dishes and place setting for 8, dishwasher, toaster, all utensils needed to make a home cooked meal, the list goes on. We have a large gas BBQ Grill on the patio, and patio furniture to seat 6.Guests are sure to enjoy a memorable vacation in this fully furnished, Condo which offers a Master Bedroom and Bathroom. The main/master bedroom has a Queen sized bed, while the remaining room is furnished with a Queen sized bed, side tables and closet. There is also a pull out Sofa in the living room; this is as well a Queen size. The living room is furnished with a large couch and two over sized sitting chairs; the perfect area to watch tv and or play games, talk about the great time you're having.... The kitchen is perfect for dining as it is equipped with a large refrigerator, electric stovetop and over, dishwasher, place setting for 8, coffee maker, toaster, need we say more? The location of this Condo is ideal, it is a 2 minute drive to Douglas Beach and a short drive into Downtown Douglas. Our ground floor condo is located within walking/biking distance of Lake Michigan and the towns of Saugatuck and Douglas. Oval Beach (a short 2 miles away) has earned aninternational reputation. This condo comfortably sleeps six. Easy access on the ground floor and parking is just outside the unit. Sleeps 4 privately with pull out bed in living room. Pet friendly too! (1 pet allowed)You will also find many extras: basic condiments in the kitchen, laundry supplies, pool towels, a full kitchen with dishwasher; central air; and a fireplace in the living room. Dine in or on the patio with a grill for the grill master of the family.Unit also includes a washer & dryer, smart TV, free wifi, towels and linens. Patio with gas grill allows for comfortable dinner gatherings or a quiet space for your morning coffee. Steps away from Isabel’s Market & Eatery for fresh coffee and bakery items every morning!
