The cozy apartment is nestled in a completely modern basement apartment with all the amenities. It is on the historic square in Newnan and walking distance to everything. The owners are right upstairs and I am just a phone call away. This is a charming 1900 Farmhouse. There is a guest house which is listed separately. The home is still in a very original state. The kitchen and bathrooms have been updated. It's a charming piece of the past. The home is a short 6-8 minute commute from downtown Senoia. Downtown has some great restaurants. The farmhouse is what I consider rustic elegance. There is super fast wifi, a loft for additional sleeping and fun space for building forts for the kiddos. We have tried and keep an original feel with some modern amenities.
