Quiet Neighborhood located in Tockwotten Cove! Five minutes to Charlestown Town Dock. Bring your boat and park it easily in the circular driveway. The Air Conditioned house is a Chalet Style and sleeps 6 comfortably. The Main living area is on the second floor. The gradual stairs will take you to a covered porch . There are two bedrooms with a queen and two twins. Television in Living area and Full kitchen combined Dining area. A full bath with shower. The upstairs loft has two twin beds. The stairs to the loft are a bit steep as in Chalet houses. Using the back deck stairs, one can get to the first level which has only a casual sitting room and bathroom with a sink and toilet to use.. Located within the private Fort Neck Association in the quaint seaside town of Charlestown this ranch style home will offer you a quiet vacation getaway with quick access to everything beautiful South County Rhode Island has to offer. Take a short walk down the dead end road to a private association to access kayaking, paddle boarding, and fishing. Walk or bike one block over to see the breathtaking view at historic Ft. Ninigret Park. This house features a total of three bedrooms, all have ceiling fans. The master bedroom has a king size bed with a half bath, toilet and sink only. Bedroom two has a queen sized bed and a bunk bed set with a pull out trundle, bedroom three has a double bed. The rental includes a set of fresh sheets and pillow cases on all beds, bath and beach towels will also be provided. All three rooms are close together and share a full bath in the hallway adjacent to each of the three rooms. If you prefer to shower outside take a relaxing, private outdoor shower just off the back deck. The house is equipped with a mini-split AC to cool the family room and kitchen. Enter the rental home through the mud room entrance way with front facing sitting porch, perfect for sipping your coffee in the early morning sunshine. This mud room entrance also leads out back to a private deck great for chilling and grilling. “The Nest” is a spacious, serene 2 bedroom apartment with additional Nook for 3rd sleeping area built above our stand alone storage garage. Upon entering the 1000 sq ft space you are greeted with an open floor plan boasting cathedral ceilings, modern wet bar/kitchenette, bright living room and dining area. Sliders open to private deck with wooded view. A full bath, 2 bedrooms and add’l sleeping nook off the main living area complete the space. Also on the property are a cottage and 1800s Colonial home. Close to beaches, URI, Ninigret Park (home of the Trolls and festivals, dog park, observatory) & more!The guest house is spacious and completely yours and separate from main house. The lower level garage stores owner items that do not need to be accessed during your stay. “The Nest” has a front door private entrance ~ a staircase leading you to a tranquil modern space for your “home away from home” experience. Kitchenette is well-equipped, beds are comfy and living room is very inviting!Two bedrooms: One with Queen sized bed and the other offers a Full sized bed. There is an additional sleeping area that is in the corner of the main living space in the "nook" where the ceiling slants. This offers a twin bed and a room divider.
