Relax and enjoy the ocean while you are teleworking from our condo.The condo boasts beautiful ocean views from every window and the sliding door and from the master bedroom, living room, as well as through the covered patio. The kitchen has all the pots/pans/tableware to enjoy home cooking. The bathroom a bathtub and shower. The living room sofa folds out into a queen bed for extra sleeping space. The living room has large sliding doors that opens to a generously sized patio that overlooks the beach.The condo is right by the Pineda Causeway and south of Patrick Space Force. It is about 15 minutes away from Cocoa Beach Pier. 30 minutes away from cruise ship terminals Port Canaveral and less than 1.5 hours from Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studio and Orlando International Airport. There are good restaurants in walking distance and shopping from across the street.Other things to note.Finally we have had beach access approved by the city before Christmas 2024. The beach access is right behind the back door, - less than 100 feet from the elevators. Fantastic Ocean front views from this nicely equipped 2 bedroom/2 bath condo. Master has a king bed, full ensuite bath, HUGE walk in closet. Guest room has a queen / with remote elevating head. Fully stocked kitchen equipped with all appliances. Location is easy and convenient to restaurants and grocery stores, a short drive to Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral where you can watch the big cruise ships come and go or a little further to watch the rockets soar from NASA/Kennedy space center. This Corner unit allows for ocean views from kitchen, both bedrooms, living room and dining room. Pack n play also available for infants. Please note there is only one parking space per unit. I have purchased for you a designated spot under the front canopy, number 32. second one in from front door. Small dogs are allowed, under 30 lbs with 25.00 per day pet fee. Pets must be free of fleas and on leashes when not in unit. please pick up after your pet and please keep off beds and furniture. There is Easy self-access with lock box to main door and keypad code to unit which will be provided at time of check in. Loss of key cost is 50.00 from the HOA. Note: IMPORTANT: UPDATE FROM HURRICANE NICOLE:On November 9, 2022 our condo building was hit hard by Hurricane Nicole. The seawall was breeched by storm surge, causing a portion of it to break. As a result, the entire back portion of our building grounds had to close and has to be rebuilt. There is still no pool, but bids are being gathered, and designs are in the works. There is now new beach stairs, and beach access from the building. This has been a long time coming and we are so excited for this!There are brand new fire sprinklers installed in each unit and pipes along hallway, The ceilings in hallways are open as bids are being gathered for acoustic ceiling replacement, which has been started and expected to be finished middle of May. We have finished all exterior concrete restoration, new balcony, new paint, new roof and new septic drainage. The unit has been reduced in price to reflect this inconvenience. Just 200 ft from beautiful Cocoa Beach. The beach is literally just steps away! Unit #13 is an upstairs condo (no elevator) & is a large one bedroom unit with plenty of room! The bedroom has two Queen beds plus a roll out single cot, an oversized closet for storage & hanging clothes, and an iron and ironing board. The Kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay, including microwave, dishes, silverware plus a starter supply of paper products/soaps/shampoos.The open Living room hosts a large comfortable couch to relax on and watch the flat screen TV or surf the internet!We offer 2 night minimum stays so it's perfect if you're needing a day or two before or after one of the many Cruises out of Port Canaveral. Check in is completed by self check-in....so you can come & go as early or late as you need. We have a co-host that we work with who lives on the premises for check in/check out (if needed ), 24/7 emergency needs, or assistance. However, we are available via email or phone. There is One designated parking spot close to the unit. The location is perfect! Not only are you just 200 ft from the sandy beach, but you also have so many other Cocoa Beach favorites close by. Downtown Cocoa Beach has a great variety of shopping and attractions including Ron Jon's Surf Shop, restaurants and more. Cocoa Beach Pier is less than 1 mile away. 2 miles to the Manatee Sanctuary Park and 3 miles to Port Canaveral. The Kennedy Space Center is only 20 miles away. The condo complex sits 26 miles south of Titusville and 25 miles north of Melbourne. The area hosts numerous wildlife parks and reserves. Plus Walt Disney World, MGM, Epcot, Animal Kingdom, Sea World, Universal Studio, Harry Potter World , and many more attractions are just 70 miles away. You couldn't ask for a nicer location. Deep-sea fishing and dolphin and whale watching.Sea TurtlesThe immense leatherback sea turtles typically are the first to arrive and begin nesting in late January. The loggerhead sea turtles join the nesting activity a few weeks later. The green sea turtles are the last to the party and tend to arrive to nest in April to early June.Sea turtle nests incubate for roughly 50-60 days before hatchlings emerge from the sand and head toward the ocean. A summer rental gives you the chance to see the baby turtles walk to the ocean!
