Our cozy downstairs apartment is centrally located in the beautiful town of Andover. You'll be close to everything while experiencing our New England charm. We are dog friendly and within 2 miles of the Andover Dog Park, which even has a small section where your pup can run off their leash! Our home is also within 5 miles of many restaurants, grocery stores, and plenty of Country Clubs for golfing.If you plan to visit Boston, you can park at the train station and enjoy a fun day in the city!This 1 bed, 1 bath apartment offers great amenities including a smart, large screen TV (with Youtube TV), office space with gigabit high-speed fiber internet for working on the go, and keyless entry through the garage. Our kitchenette includes a hotplate and cooking basics for guests to prepare meals without having to leave the house.There are also no stairs in or out of the apartment. It's all one-level living.Guests can access the entire basement unit during their stay.Guests are welcome to use our washer and dryer during their stay as well. It is located in a space shared by the other two apartment units.Please note this is a basement unit. The entrance is through the garage.There are security cameras monitoring the parking lot and inside the garage door.The top and bottom apartment units share a central HVAC system that can be remotely controlled. The thermostat is located in the upstairs apartment unit.
