Iron and ironing board.Larch decking with furniture, Jotul Terrazza XL outside fireplace with BBQ grill extends the evening.There is a boot room shared with the neighbouring cottage with ample boot & equipment storage, dog bed, washing machine, clothes pulley and plenty of hanging hooks. Picnic hampers for guest use are also in the boot room. Towels for drying wet dogs or taking to the wild swimming spots are available in the boot room. Logs for the wood burning stoves are plentiful. Direct access to miles of lochside Estate walks. Mountain-biking trails are easily accessed.
