140 km north-west of Kuopio, L. Koivujärvi 30 m (length 10 km, width 3 km), shallow water, sand bottom, pier, own boat. Log cottage 2002, living room/ kitchen convertible sofa, 2 bedrooms 2 beds in each, washroom, dressing room, sauna (elec. stove), open porch. Peaceful spot, neighbours not visible. Lake Koivujärvi has a good stock of pike, perch and pikeperch. Price of the cottage includes fishing permits for the lake Koivujärvi (fishing management fee should be paid by the client). The owner borrows fishing nets and traps. By a separate agreement possible to rent a hot tub (heated by wood) on wheels. (in summertime). On the other side of the lake (3 km by boat and 7 km by car) there is a summer terrace, which is open during summer weekends.

40 km west from Iisalmi, Lake Körtti 25 m, hard, sanded, gently sloping bottom, a pier and own rowing boat. Round log cabin built in 1995, kitchen-living room with convertible sofa for two, bedroom with double bed, bedroom with two single beds, vestibule, dressing room, washroom, woodheated sauna and covered terrace. Water pipe comes from the spring, air source heat pump for additional heating and cooling. Flat pine grove plot, birches on the shore, lake faces west.
