Our house is a detached family home in the Echterfeld residential area of Langscheid. The house was built in 2002 and is therefore technically up to date. Over the summer months, our holiday guests generally live in the entire house on their own, so rest and relaxation are guaranteed from the very first minute. The house is well maintained and modern.The apartment comprises the 110 square meter main apartment of the house, on the ground floor there is a granny flat, which is very little used from March to October.The sunny and quiet non-smoking holiday home offers you maximum privacy. You can enjoy the advantages of a family home from the moment you arrive. This includes the hillside garden, the seating on the benches either in front of the house or on the shady balcony behind the house, with a wonderful view of the Sauerland landscape.
