This modern, one-year-old home was thoughtfully designed with sound-reducing insulation and high-end finishes throughout. The cozy bedroom offers a comfortable queen-sized bed and a spacious closet for your belongings. The custom-built kitchen features sleek quartz countertops and comes fully stocked with cookware, dishes, and everything you need to prepare meals at home. A dining table for two is available, with extra chairs provided for additional seating if needed.The bathroom is a generous size, with quartz counters, plenty of storage, and a tub/shower combo. In the living room, you’ll find a comfy sofa and a large 60” smart TV with WiFi, Netflix, live sports, live news, and a variety of streaming services included. For added convenience, there’s also an in-unit washer and dryer.Privacy and AccessThis is one of two units in the home, but you’ll have your own private, ground-level side entrance; completely separate and secure.Location HighlightsJust a few minutes’ drive to Mic Mac Mall and only 7 minutes to Dartmouth Crossing, the location is perfect for shopping, dining, and exploring. You’re also walking distance to popular coffee shops, restaurants, bars, and beautiful Lake Banook. There’s a large neighborhood park nearby with an off-leash dog area, perfect if you’re traveling with pets! The Dartmouth Waterfront and Alderney Landing are also close by, where you can hop on the Alderney Ferry to downtown Halifax.Pet-Friendly!Don’t want to leave your furry friend behind? We’re happy to welcome pets!ParkingOne parking space is included in the driveway. Please note the driveway is steep and a bit tight, so we recommend parking carefully and close to the house to leave room for another vehicle. There’s also plenty of free, unlimited street parking directly out front and along the street.Heating and CoolingThe unit features a heat pump, providing cozy heat in winter and refreshing air conditioning in the warmer months. Baseboard electric heating is also available.A Note on NoiseThere is a dog living upstairs, so you may occasionally hear some playing or barking. A short walk or very fast Uber ride gets you Downtown Dartmouth and the ferry is right there to hop over to enjoy the sights of Halifax. Located in charming Old Dartmouth, this prime location is close to many restaurants, award winning cocktail bars, entertainment and parks. It's also a great starting point for day trips around the province.Equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay including extra linens and towels, basic toiletries, free onsite parking. Guests staying a week or longer also have access to shared laundry facilities. The kitchenette is equipped with everything you need to cook if staying in for a night. Mini Keurig, toaster, air fryer, microwave, kettle, induction plate, fridge, cutlery, pots, pans and more!Includes wifi, Netflix and Amazon Prime.
