Nearing the end of the dead-end road known as 14 1/2 Street, on your left lies The Cozy Cottage. This property in Spanish Wells offers a delightful house with two bedrooms (one with a king bed and the other with a queen), Upon entry you will find a welcoming living room and from there you can venture into the kitchen or other rooms. In the house is a bathroom with a bathtub/shower and a laundry room with a washer and dryer. Outdoor space is available at the rear of your accommodations along with an outdoor shower, and there is also a front porch. For your comfort, AC is available, and Wi-Fi is provided by Starlink. Restaurants, shopping and the beach are all near The Cozy Cottage and there is a street legal golf cart on premises to get you there, or to explore Spanish Wells and neighbouring Russell Island. It’s located just a few minutes' walk from everything in town but don’t worry when you book with us a golf cart comes with the house. Spanish Wells is a small unique island located at the northern tip of Eleuthera, less than 50 miles away from the country's capital, Nassau. This fishing-centered community offers many restaurants and stores, a park/playground. We have gorgeous sunrise & sunset and a gazebo on the east and west of the Island so you can watch the sun rise and set each day. This vacation rental includes a 4 seater golf cart, Kayak, paddle board, to ensure each day is a new adventure. If you decide to stay with us you could give me your flight plans and I could arrange a taxi to wait for you when you arrive and I will be on the dock to pick you up and if you like I will give you a tour of are beautiful Island and drop you of to your home away from home.
