Welcome to our luxurious 3 bedroom 3 bath condo in the Hollows Resort, a master-planned community on Lake Travis. Let the panoramic Lake and Hill Country views lure you to this amazing recently upgraded condo. Bring your whole family to this unit which has lots of room and fun for all ages. We also have a pack & play and high chair for our youngest guests. Our spacious condo is one of the largest and open floorplans in this complex with 2 patios for your outdoor living. The unit is located on the 2nd floor and the views are just breathtaking any time of the day or night. It features a gourmet kitchen that opens to the dining/breakfast area on one side and a nook with a daybed on the other. Open your eyes to the gorgeous lake from your bed in the master bedroom and step straight out to the patio and start your day on the inviting chaise loungers. Have your breakfast on the outdoor teak dining set which comfortably seats 8 guests. The building also has an elevator so you don’t have to worry about carrying luggage, strollers and groceries up and down the stairs. We have also provided a wheeled shelving unit to make the transfers easier. Our condo is located high on a hilltop with easy access to the Hilltop Smokehouse around the corner and the Hollows Beach club which includes pools, a sport court, grills, a gym, a playscape, picnic areas, and trails. Whether you are looking for a getaway or looking to working remotely for a while, this condo is perfect for both. About the NeighborhoodThe Hollows is a master-planned community Northwest of Austin resting on the NorthShore of Lake Travis, spanning over 1,400 acres of Austin Hill Country, with countless resort-style amenities, and miles of golf cart and hiking trails connecting the community. This unit has no equal when it comes to VIEW in all of THE HOLLOWS Hilltop condos. Note the view through the NEW 6 foot picture frame window and double french doors from the living room and kitchen. This is the only unit that has a 6' x 6' picture frame window looking straight out at "Starnes Island". Starnes Island is the center of all activity for the July 4th fireworks show. This is the largest 3 bedroom / 3 bath floor plan in the complex and is a corner/top floor condo with an elevator for the building. This 3 bedroom / 3 bath unit has never been on the rental program and we will be selectively renting this unit only. The entire unit was recently remodeled with all new wood look porcelain tile flooring throughout. The balcony has new travertine look porcelain tile flooring. The condo update also included replacement of all ceiling fans, light fixtures, and color of walls. The unit also has a new high efficiency AC system and new water heater. The amenities at the 1400 plus acre community are extraordinary including the Beach Club, Trailhead Club, kids playground, kayak club, boat launch, marina, pickle ball court, basketball goal, and many miles of paved hike/bike/golf cart trails throughout the development. The Beach Club has an infinity pool, two smaller pools, a hot tub, and a gymnasium. Please note The Hollows and The City of Jonestown "DOES NOT" allow charcoal or propane grills on the balconies for grilling. We also do not allow grilling of any kind from the balconies. However, there is a "Smoke House" for grilling and a restaurant at The Beach Club. The Hollows Resort is the only master planned community on Lake Travis and is in undoubtedly the most scenic location on the lake. It encompasses 1,500 acres of beautiful Texas Hill Country and is surrounded by the clear waters of the Southwest.Our two bedroom/2 bath oasis is equipped with all you need during your stay. It can comfortably sleep 6. King and Queen beds with TV in each room and a pull-out queen (memory foam) sleeper sofa. New 50” Smart TV, Cable/Super-fast Internet, DVD Player, Alexa, Radio to keep you entertained. If you are traveling with babies or small children, we also have pack-n-play, high chair and a portable bath tub for them. Lots of linens, towels, beach towels and blankets to make your stay as smooth as possible.Your Furry family members are absolutely welcomed in here. If they weigh more than 30 lbs, then please send us a message. We are pet lovers and believe in traveling everywhere with them too. There is however a small pet fee for them.Failure to add your pet a companion during your booking will lead to fines.Please follow all pet policies - they need to be on leash when walked outside. pick up after them and make sure they are not jumping on furniture's.Step into the oversize patio and relax in the seating area and enjoy the view. Not in a mood to cook? No worries. Lots of dining options – Cedar Park town center is only 20 minutes away.The resort has a state of the art infinity swimming pool. Imagine swimming in pristine waters with the backdrop of the hill country. Your second ‘aha’ moment. The Beach Club also has a pool side restaurant, children's pool, yet another pool, fitness center, hot tubs, smokehouse, hammocks, grills, a sand volleyball court, and access to the lake. And Yes, every guest has unlimited access to the beach club!!!A short walk from our oasis is the resort’s Hilltop smokehouse. This is a great place for family get together. It has a covered seating, a large fire pit, grill, smoker, restrooms, and is a wonderful place to just watch the sunset. Hiking and biking trails around the resort and meander among the hills and wooded forests down to the lake.There are numerous things to do or see around the year or just unwind and relax in the oasisEach guest has to fill in Registration and Indemnification forms as part of the Hollows HOA.
