Enjoy our large deck, and take advantage of the charcoal grill and picnic tables on site. Winter fun, or mountain biking, zip lining, fishing, golf or rafting the Rio in the Summer. Come experience all the scenic beauty and thrilling fun that Angel Fire has to offer.The condo can sleep 8, with comfy queen bed's in the master, and the second bedroom, a queen sleeper sofa with memory foam mattress, and a full size futon. Take advantage of the nearby restaurants or cook your own meal in the fully stocked kitchen including pots, pans, utensils, dishes, crock pot, toaster, air fryer, microwave, blender, coffee pot, literally everything you need. Towels, wash cloths, hair dryer, extra blankets, and pillows are also provided. There is Wi-Fi, a 43 inch flat screen smart tv in the living room, and a 32 in flat screen smart tv in the master, with satellite. We have a large family, and traveling is our passion. We wanted to make our Condo everything we ever wanted in a vacation rental in our travels. All mountain amenities are open and current travel guidance can be found on the New Mexico health departments website.Our 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo sits just two blocks from the chairlift at the base of the mountain and we are located in the Racquet Club Commons Condo complex. It will sleep 6 in beds and 2 more using a full-size sofa sleeper. Wireless internet is available using your personal device. A short walk will get you back for a quick meal or a short break! Relax in the jetted tub or cook your own meal in the full kitchen, which contains a crock-pot, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, towels, pots, pans and all utensils. The dining area will seat 6 with additional seating for 3 at the breakfast bar. Enjoy our large deck with table, chairs and bench or use the outdoor charcoal grill and picnic tables available on-site. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and the second bedroom has a queen-size bed and bunk beds. The living room has a 42-inch TV with DVD and the master bedroom has a 20" TV. This condo was renovated from top to bottom the summer of 2023. Everything is new. Kitchen, bathroom all furniture, appliances, kitchenware and textiles. The condo is 300' from the Chili Express lift and there is a shuttle that picks you up right outside during ski season. You are also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We can only accommodate 7 renters. Covered parking garage and an elevator are two major amenities that are rare in Angel Fire. The laundry rooms were renovated last year with new washer & dryer unit on each floor and there is an app to pay and will also let you know when your laundry is finished.The living room has a large "L shaped" sectional that is big enough to sleep two children with one on each section. There is no sleeper sofa. This condo is perfect for a family of 5-6. There is a large TV over the electric fireplace so you never need to purchase firewood and can have a fire throughout your stay. Enjoy our free WIFI and the TV is set up with DISH Network. You are also able to sit outside and watch people walk by on either one of the two the balconies. This complex is pet free. So, please no pets. The kitchen is newly renovated with granite, all new appliances, dishes, pots, pans and everything you need for a home cooked meal. There is a dining room that seats 5 comfortably and three at the kitchen breakfast bar.The master has a king bed with a second electric fireplace and TV. It also boasts a private bath with walk in shower. The second balcony is off of the master bedroom for breakfast or coffee.The second bedroom has two double bunk beds and a trundle. Perfect for a family. There is a ski locker across from the elevator on the entry floor and a bike storage room in the garage that is secure and accessible with a key. There are so many things to do in Angel Fire year round. During the summer, It is one of the best locations for mountain biking in the US with music festivals, balloon festival, hiking, horseback riding, all types of fishing and with a short drive, you are able to go river rafting, visit the Rio Grande Gorge as well as casinos and vineyards. Someone is always available to come to the property for any issues within about 20-30 minutes. We often have extra things you might have forgotten-like sleds or goggles. This condo was fully renovated as of late 2019, providing current finishes and amenities.Keep cozy in the winter with new ceiling heaters and our easy, no-mess gas fireplace.Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi & SmartTV to access your personal Amazon & Netflix accounts.Once you enter our ground-floor unit, you are received in a small foyer with 3 steps down. We provide coat hooks with a shelf for your winter gear. Mountain bikes may be stowed in this area, but we request guest bring their own yoga mat, towels or blankets to protect flooring and to collect bike mud and debris. We include one wall-mount bike rack in this area.For you Skiers, Boarders, and Bikers, we have a private, exterior storage room just outside the front door of the condo to the right. Convenient for your storage of skis, boards, bikes and all the extra stuff that comes with them. This 5’ x 7’ room has a dedicated baseboard heater and a bench which makes it easy to take your boots on and off. There is a rack to hang boards and skis and several bike hanging racks. Both walls on left and right are covered with hooks to hang poles, jackets, bibs, gloves, pads, helmets, caps, etc. The door has an electronic lock so your gear is safe and no need to try to keep up with a key. NOTE: door to this room should always remain closed with the baseboard heater on to prevent pipes from freezing and bursting.When you enter the condo, to your right is the Bunk Room. The Bunk Room includes two twin-over-queen timber bunkbeds with hybrid mattresses and soft bedding. Included is a closet, dresser drawers and lounge chair. The Bunk Room features an ensuite bathroom with a shower/soaking tub combo and single granite vanity.To the left of the entryway, and down the hall from the Bunk Room, is the hallway bedroom with a king bed, dresser and full-sized closet.The hallway full bathroom is adjacent to this bedroom, but is not an ensuite bathroom. This bathroom also features a shower/soaking tub combo and single granite vanity.Both bedrooms include cheerful carpeting. The remainder of the home is outfitted with new luxury vinyl plank floor with area and runner rugs.Both bathrooms included plush, oversized bath sheets, guest towels and washcloths, along with a starter kit including travel-size shampoo, conditioner, lotion, hand and bath soap.Continue down the hallway and you enter an open kitchen/dining/living room area. The kitchen features granite counters, a single stainless steel sink with disposal, dishwasher, electric range/oven, microwave hood vent and refrigerator/freezer (no ice maker.)Kitchen is stocked with dishes, glassware, cutlery, cooking utensils, pots, pans, programmable 7 qt crockpot, placemats for 10, blender and coffee maker with 12 cup pot. Starter pack of coffee/tea, creamer, sweeteners and filters are provided, along with a starter roll of paper towel. We provide everything you need to prepare big family meals - just bring your groceries, beverages and your favorite spices!The kitchen also features a large granite island, perfect for preparing and serving meals. We offer island power for those who need a laptop/work touchdown area.Adjacent to the island is a dining table with a dining bench and cushions on one side, 3 bright yellow backless stools on the other, and two dining chairs on the end. During the summer season, we are an easy walk to the lift for hiking, biking, ziplining, and just up the road from Solar and Sendero hiking trails. Please see our Guidebook for more of the year-round activities available in our area.All windows and doors have been upgraded to triple-pane, high efficiency units, along with all new electric heaters throughout. You should be snug as a bug, but we also provide an extra blanket in each bedroom, in addition to the fluffy down-alternative duvets and fleece blankets on each bed.Open parking is in a paved parking lot just a few steps from our unit. The parking lot is reserved for the Wren, but does not offer reserved spots.Our unit does not include washer/dryer. Should you need a laundry during your stay, we suggest the Aspen Gold Laundromat just down the road where a change machine, detergent machine and numerous washer/dryers are available for approximately $3 / load.Wren 106 is located in one of two buildings. Our unit is an end unit, which provides more windows.
