All is good. The mountain and waterfalls view was so nice and picturesque. Room is spacious. And i like the kitchen area too.there is a door to access back yard.Its just the kitchen hood light not functioning and the mirror is too high for short people like me. But that is just a small issue for me. Owner also very nice person and i feel welcoming to their place.

Best stay in Iceland! We received a super warm welcome upon our arrival. The hosts welcomed us with their homemade chocolate coffee cakes and cookies. The room was lovely and cosy and had an equipped kitchen and also a dining area. The hostel lobby also has a large kitchen where you may use any of the cooking supplies they provided. Each room had an easy access to the backyard with a lit up Christmas tree. The front of the hostel had an outdoor built hot tub for guests to use. Overall it was exceptionally nice, we loved our stay at The Garage.

房間空間超大，浴室也很大，開陽台門出去後還有一大片草原 雖然這次住遇到下雨天，但風景還是一樣很美👍🏻櫃檯的大叔人很好，一進門還有做招待的蛋糕跟餅乾請我們吃☺️

冰島最滿意的一間房！ 老闆娘人很好，每天會做好蛋糕放在房間裏供客人自取，蛋糕很好吃。 房間裏有一個廚房房間外面共用的還有一個大廚房，設備調料都很齊全。 房間是在山腳下的，景色非常美了。房間也很大，非常大！ 距離斯科加瀑布開車10min，適合作為黃金圈後一天結束脩整的地方。

We spent two wonderful nights at the Garage in Axels room. The accommodations were gorgeous and extremely clean. The location was very convenient with beautiful views. The owners were wonderful and very accomodating, as we were late checking in. Anna had baked delicious chocolate cake and biscotti which we enjoyed when we arrived. We would highly recommend this property.

The garage was amazing! Absolutely beautiful and comfortable. Anna was so nice and I love her now.

Our room was well appointed and very comfortable. It had many windows with a beautiful view of the ocean. Our hostess, Anna, made delicious baked goods everyday. We were so surprised how homey and beautiful everything was. Would love to stay there again. I would give it an 11 out 10!

The communication from the hotel was very good even before our stay. The room is quiet, cozy and comfortable. It’s exactly how it was described in the description. The view is spectacular. We would love to stay here again.

We had a great stay. The dogs accompanied my husband and son on jaunt around the property and to the waterfall. Room was big and comfortable. Information booklet in room had wonderful tips and made me smile.

The room was so cozy and the amenities were awesome! The hot tub has a beautiful view and the waterfall on the property made for an overall dreamy stay

Anna was very attentive to our arrival, the room was clean and nice. The view is something from another level. You can enjoy a cozy, warm, quiet night here. Plus, Anna makes such a delicious cake to live for. Ps. They have board games which I thought was very cool!

Homemade Icelandic cake, welcoming staff, beautiful property, right off of ring road, 2hr from Reykjavik and extremely close to south coast waterfalls and attractions. Great first stop if you’re doing ring road!
