Horrible experience. The hotel was nasty, the floors were so dirty, there were bed bugs, blood on the sheets, hair everywhere, and I couldn’t sleep.
There was an alarm that went off at 5am which is unpredictable but the staff were not helpful at all.
I asked for Lysol wipes that were behind the counter. They wouldn’t give me one, and the man said I was being rude and threw them in the trash.
Truly traumatic experience and I am waiting for a refund with the help of booking.
I don’t want any credits I just want my money back. I have bed bug bites everywhere and stranded now.

The service was excellent. All the people at the front desk and the shuttle driver, we’re very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was mediocre. I liked the location, because this hotel is on the end of a road and far from any highway, so I could sleep with out having to wear earplugs, as I have to do at a lot of the other hotels in the area.

Room was great. Clean and spacious. Outside was so pretty overlooking the water. Front desk associates were very pleasant.

Hotel was roomy & very clean, breakfast had a great selection, they held our luggage for us after we checked out so we could venture before our flight. Very close to airport, walked to mini shopping plaza (6 min walk), brought kids to Dave & Buster's and movie theater.

This property required some maintenance updates ( tub felt spongy when stepping into it) carpets in room looked dirty.
Overall staff where okay not very friendly and like to ignore customers while on there cell phone

Nice, updated rooms. The two guys checking in were really nice, as was the shuttle driver. Beautiful lake by it. Would stay again.

Very pleased with facility. Desk clerk very accommodating to room full of guest all arriving at same time. Down side is restaurants not with in walking distance. Needed brochure of optional delivery services.

But ground floor corridor has odor near elevator should clean the carpet.
We register for four but room was not equipped with pillow and bed sheets etc for 3/4 person.Should get ready for us
