The staff is absolutely friendly, however the property is outdated and in very poor condition. It looks like it hasn't been renovated for decades except for some minor fixing.

This is a great budget hotel. It’s not a fancy hotel if that’s what you are looking for but the inside of the rooms are upgraded and smelled like bleach when we got there which is always a plus to me! The “continental breakfast” was a no go for us however. If you like a banana and a granola bar it’s fine. They did have cereal and some toast and peanut butter and cream cheese HOWEVER they are just big tubs that you share out of and that was a no go for us. The beds were some of the best beds we have slept in and we have stayed all over the place. Parking is expensive but otherwise it was a great stay and right on the boardwalk, we will stay again.

I was very cautious about this place due to the reviews but when actually staying here it was unexpectedly satisfying. The price was honestly great and can't complain. Everything was so close especially the beach. If i ever come to Fort Lauderdale again I'll be staying here for sure.

Great location walking distance to Hollywood Beach. The boardwalk has all the food drink and entertainment you could ask for. Loved the marine breezes. Will come back in the summer when it’s really hot. :-). The bathtub drain needs new hardware, the slow drain was annoying

The stay here was amazing. The front desk representative Maria made our experience one to remember. She was extremely attentive and understanding she made sure to provide us the upmost respect and phenomenally customer service I will book here all the time just because of the type of service rendered by that young lady. She truly loves what she goes and she does it with the biggest smile. Great Job HBH!

The property was OK. The power kept going out. The sink was clogged. And they don’t clean unless you ask them to but it’s a property on the beach so clearly they would be to sweep them up every day. The property office moves very slowly.

Perfect location there are beach shops, and restaurants in walking distance at Hollywood beach boardwalk otherwise I’d recommend having a car. My girl andy and everyone at checkin were super nice and welcoming. This group owns 23 hotels i stayed at the swan and my room was clean!
