very bad experience, no hot water and the keys did not work and little water came out,stained sheets,food without being able to choose only what they gave you,only four small water bottles for the day, there were neither soft drinks or juices,

Es un sitio para la familia ,donde la familia logra ser tambien el equipo de trabajadores que se esfuerzan dia a dia por hacerte sentir biencomo en casa , con un servicio gastronomico variado , con una animacion constante y de buena calidad y especial los sabados con show incluido, bien cerca de la naturaleza en fin lugar donde volveria y volvere a pasar una estancia genial gracias al equipo mirador de mayabe por tan buen servicio

Excelente ubicación. Preciosas las habitaciones. Trato exquisito y personalizado. El personal se afana porque los clientes se sientan satisfechos. Muy agradable la música que se promueve en diversas áreas. Invito a todos a visitar este lugar encantador, con un microclima envidiable.

El día de hoy llegamos a este hermoso lugar ya que teníamos reservado como parte de un gran viaje de Luna de miel que estamos haciendo mi esposo y yo. Lastimosamente por la situación que enfrenta nuestro país,la Villa estaba cerrada,pero los evalúo con 5 puntos porke,a pesar que islazul no nos contacto para informarnos de que seríamos rehubicados,el personal de esta villa fue muy amable.Comenzaron a gestionar enseguida nuestro cambio y nos brindaron un cóctel de Bienvenida.Muy rica la piña colada que nos hizo el chico del Lobby Bar.Aplausos para él. Además pienso que merecen ser puntuados con el máximo porke las cabañas se ven hermosas,las vistas.....para que decir..... Espero más adelante que podamos volver y kedarnos dos o tres noches. Mi esposo y yo kedamos muy satisfechos con el trato recibido y la calidez hacia nosotros en estos tiempos de tanta indolencia. Nuestro cariño para todo el colectivo,en especial la muchacha de recepcion.Ojala el próximo año podamos disfrutar de sus servicios.

Me habían recomendado este mirador para disfrutar de una hermosa vista de la ciudad y mas y la verdad que lo fue, la vista es maravillosa, adicional este lugar muy campestre cuenta con restaurantes, hotel y piscina yo solo fui como visitante, sin embargo se ve que es un lugar muy tranquilo y equipado para pasar una estadía muy relajada disfrutando del paisaje, la paz y la buena atención de este lugar.
