I highly recommend not booking with Casa Muuch. The biggest issue with the place is that saying it is poorly managed would be a compliment because it implies that it is managed. But you be the judge of that. Here is our story. On our arrival, we did our check in the common living room. The situation was that some of the guests, teenagers or just around 20, were throwing a little pool party blasting techno. I was really confused since I did not expect this demographic or situation at all. Imagen party hostel vibes just with a bunch of rich kids who can afford a room anywhere north of 300 bucks a night. Luis (the guy in charge) explained to us that the music will stop at 23:00 latest and that we can also put our music on. I would expect a boutique hotel to manage the atmosphere themselves. Anyways if you didn't feel like breaking up their party, chilling by the pool wasn't really an option. Furthermore, at 23:15 one of the other guests had to tell Luis, who was partying with them, to stop. When I went to get water in the kitchen I saw the aftermath as well. Food was all out in the open, empty beer cans and bootles all over the pool area. Basically what you expect after a party. We complained the next day as well as other guests as well and were promised that there will be no party tonight. The result was that they moved the party to the rooftop and it lasted until 5 am in the morning or so. Guests were contacting Luis multiple times during the night and told him. Nothing happened. The next day we demanded refunds and also told them that they need to decide if they wanna be a party hostel or a hotel. Everyone but the group of teenagers was unhappy about the situation. They agreed to partial refunds and full refunds depending on the guest. I was promised this money a week ago. I currently don't believe that I will receive anything. I asked multiple times about it and the responsiveness is lacking. It's absolutely unprofessional in my opinion. Also it is maybe important to note that Luis and the manager are just around 20 and I doubt they have any previous experience at all. Also, after a few minutes after our check-in we realized there was no bin in our room. I asked Luis about that and he responded that it's no problem we can just throw everything on the floor. Particularly great when you are on your period or you when you intend to use condoms. Plumbing in Mexico is not great so even toilet paper shouldn't go in the toilet. On the bright, every flush turns into a game of Russian roulette. The next day I explained to him why every hotel room in the world universally believes in the obviously underrated value of a bin. Upon our check out we still didn't have one. Furthermore, our room was plainly speaking not worth the money. The mattress was disgusting. There were some stains all over the side and it was completely worn out. I attached some pictures. We were charged 180 dollars a night for that room. Considering that the common areas and the pool
