Very welcoming and friendly host family. They offered us all the support we needed and made sure we always felt comfortable. They also offered a good breakfast. The rooms were very clean and well-equipped. Since the hotel is in a side street, it was absolutely quiet at night. I loved that they had free bicycles available for their guests. The only negative I can mention is that the pool wasn't exactly clean when we arrived and the location is a 30 min walk from the old town, which however is acceptable considering the price paid.

LOVE this place! Stayed a month over the holidays. Planned to stay a week here then abnb but decided to stay put. Clean beautiful rooms, awesome breakfast. Free bikes. Pool. Laundry service. Linh takes amazing care of her guests. We will be back!

Sol’s villa hosted by Linh, lovely woman who was very hospitable and helpful during our stay. Beautiful and clean room with huge and comfy bed, great bathroom and a big rooftop pool with nice views. Good selection of TV channels as well. Made us breakfast every morning which was super wholesome and delicious. About 15 min bike ride from Hoi An old town, bikes are provided free. Right across from convenience store as well. Linh had a selection of tours available which she organised for us, she also organised travel to and from the villa. Amazing for the price. Can’t recommend enough!!

I wish I had found this gem sooner. This is my 20 something time to Hoi An and I've finally found the perfect place to stay. This beautiful boutique hotel was the perfect place to stay. The rooms are big, immaculately clean, everything you need is provided, very comfortable soft bed, rain shower head and high end toiletries supplied. The rooftop pool is perfect! It has a retractable roof so that it doesn't get too hot during the day and you can open up for sunset and enjoy the stars to the fullest at night. There are very comfortable lounges by the pool. Breakfast is delicious! A different delicious dish served every morning, as we stayed for 10 nights this was important for us. You can be provided with a free bicycle to quickly cycle to great restaurants, bars and vinmart, just minutes away. Only a short 10 minute cycle to either the ancient town or the beach. At night it is so tranquil and removed from the busier, noisy tourist hubs. The rooftop pool was so hard to leave! You can also hire scooters/motorbikes from the hotel if you prefer for a very reasonable price. The host helped us order food in if we were feeling lazy and didn't want to leave the pool. There is also a kitchen and a local market just two minutes away should you prefer to self cater. There is also an electric piano. We were a group of friends and a couple, and this accommodation met our every need. We all found it to be incredible value for money, even the solo travellers in their own room. What you will fall in love with the most, is the beautiful host. She is so kind, above and beyond helpful, allows you privacy but is contactable instantly any time of the day or night. I have never received such kind, warm, genuine service in my 4 years in Vietnam. I cannot stress enough have clean and new every little part of the hotel is. Each floor has its own table, couch and balcony external to the rooms which made it great for playing board games and hanging out as a group during the summer storms in the afternoon. We have stayed 10 nights and are so looking forward to coming back and staying again.
