it was really good to staying at mercure hotel. Good location, good service, helpful workers. Morning buffet nice fruits and veggies but the baozi was not delicious 😁😁. But the evening restaurant was good.

It’s a central hotel next to the park. Easy to get to from the airport and metro isn’t too far. The room is big and comfortable. The breakfast is good but the same each day.

Hotel rooms are big and clean. The hotel location is very good, near a park and 30 minutes walking from the main touristic sites. Hotel staff does not speak English, but they are really friendly and helpful (Sonia).

Delicious breakfast, great location with lots of eateries around. Coffee machine and capsules as supplement was a plus. Room was spacious and clean.

Not a great hotel. Would not book again. Booked a suite and it was very cheap furnishings that were not comfortable and shower was dated etc.

I’ve posted before, this is still (i think) the best option in Hohhot, mainly for its high quality staff and its location. Great food options (Green Tea restaurant! 💪) in the high end mall nearby, but also the old town is just round the corner. The staff are so friendly and they work tirelessly in what is very busy season

it's a pretty hotel, nice room, nice restaurant, gym 24h, good location, friendly staff. but unfortunately no western food no wine, where is the French touch?! taking the lift up and down will take you a significant time.

The location of the hotel is strategic, near restaurants and shopping center. The room is clean, they provide unlimited waters which you can just grab near recepsionist. Most wonderful, the hotel manager, 王艳莹 (Wang Yanying) is very helpful, she helps us to explain local tourist attraction or place of interest and willing to help to find travel agent for us. Very recommended hotel 👍

A fuss free hotel that offer guest laundry and a comfortable bed and well designed bathroom. We liked the family suite which comes as a proper 2 bedder. Breakfast was fine and sufficient to keep one going for the morning. The only downside is the reception being on the 30th floor, requiring one to head up and down to get things done. Service was good as the staff gave us good suggestions for meal outside the hotel.

Convenient location for sightseeing, not too far from the main points of interest. The hotel is modern and my room was spacious and quiet, being high above the street below. I had difficulty accessing a wifi connection on arrival around midnight; this was quite stressful after a long journey. They should make it simpler, rather than trying to explain to a foreign guest that they have to log in to a code on their TV (after finding an English connection) - which resulted in them having to send someone to my room to sort it out. Other hotels don't make it so complicated. Anyway, after that initial annoyance I was satisfied with my stay. Special thanks to Jane at Reception who kindly helped to arrange a taxi for me when I checked out - she showed great patience.
