Spacious room, modern hotel, nice breakfast. Near shopping malls. Highly recommended

Convenient location for sightseeing, not too far from the main points of interest. The hotel is modern and my room was spacious and quiet, being high above the street below. I had difficulty accessing a wifi connection on arrival around midnight; this was quite stressful after a long journey. They should make it simpler, rather than trying to explain to a foreign guest that they have to log in to a code on their TV (after finding an English connection) - which resulted in them having to send someone to my room to sort it out. Other hotels don't make it so complicated. Anyway, after that initial annoyance I was satisfied with my stay. Special thanks to Jane at Reception who kindly helped to arrange a taxi for me when I checked out - she showed great patience.

This is a very nice hotel meeting the standard expected of a 4-star hotel. The room is large and clean. The view is good, and the bed is very comfortable. It is not close to the tube, but still it is very convenient and close to amenities. Just two modest suggestions: a table lamp would be a welcomed addition to the room, and perhaps some hangers in the shower room would make it much more convenient for the guests.

I was attended by Kia To and Yang Yang at the front desk. As I cannot speak Mandarin well, they helped me with my airport transfer request at Mercure Xi'an. Their service delivery is exceptional. The laundry room is a great idea and it came with detergent. Well done team. Keep up the good work!

地理位置不錯，酒店大堂在30樓，酒店正門並不臨街，而且要從樓的背面上去，我繞了一個圈圈才找到，這一點有點不方便。房間面積較大，但是個人感覺床的佈局不是太合理，床太貼近衞生間的位置了，但是床和沙發之間空了好大的一個空間。淋浴花灑有點漏水，這是不太滿意的一個點。酒店離寬巷子美食街很近，步行可達。退房時前台比較忙，把房卡扔到前台基本沒有太搭理我。綜上，一次中規中矩的入住體驗。

五一出行 4月12號預訂的 房間挺大的 有個浴缸 洗手池也是兩個 當時定的時候價格很實惠 三晚1900+ 付款的時候攜程積分又抵了500多 感覺賺了哈哈 酒店服務挺好的 早飯種類和口味都不錯 水果點心內蒙特色都有 前台小姐姐辦理入住和退房都很快 房間服務也比較及時 地理位置離寬巷子走着很近 五塔寺，大召小召什麼的都挺近的 打車或者掃個小電動都很方便 下次去玩er還會選擇這裏
