The best experience we have had! Customer service was amazing, Velma was ready to help us always with a smile on her face us, the breakfast was amazing Maria is always so friendly and has amazing customer service!! Definitely would choose this hotel again!!

Alexys was super helpful when I lost my key and always ready to help with a smile. Room was clean and AC/Heater worked quickly as the weather changed. Breakfast service was also superb. Housekeeping is always friendly and working hard inside and outside of the room.

The breakfast and coffee are AMAZING and it always smells so good. Me and my mom have been here a few times and we will keep coming back enjoy a nice weekend away. Rey and Amanda are very welcoming and helpful with any questions we have. Feels like home away from home.

I love staying here. Alexis and Lauren are always amazing and to be commended. So are all of the staff for that matter. I stay at Mainstay Suites often for business and the accommodations are great and the rooms are clean. One of my favorite places to stay!

Comfortable! Home away from home! Amazing customer service! My family and I just had a house fire. GM Amanda and Alexys have been extremely helpful, kind, and professional. The rooms are very clean. House keeping does an amazing job as well! This place feels like home especially with the help of amazing staff. Rey was also extremely helpful with my tv needing a quick fix! This place is our home away from home. Amazing prices as well! My room came with everything I would need in the mainstays. A huge thank you to Amanda, Rey, and Alexys!

Second stay at Mainstay Suites in Hobbs, this time in Room 112. Spacious king bed suite. Has living room/kitchen area and separate bedroom each with own heat/air control and a TV. Huge bathroom with tub/shower and grab bars. Shower head mounted high (at 4'11" could not reach to adjust but hubby could). Chocolate chips cookies and coffee in the lobby, and fruit and oatmeal were still available in the evening. Room door was VERY heavy (a little hard for me to open). In-room coffee maker, hairdryer, and clock. Walk through a corridor to the Comfort Suites for a great breakfast. I'll be back! Thank you Mainstay!

Overall a pretty good stay in Room 229. This place is shared with Comfort Suites (check-in and breakfast are on the Comfort Suites side). The good: cold AC, choice member gift bad on arrival, one-king bed suite, nice suite layout with small kitchen counter/island with chairs, bright lighting, comfortable bed and pillows, good breakfast (eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, yogurt, waffles, cereal, juice, fruit, pastries, coffee). The not-so-good: door rubs on floor when opening/closing, paint on bedspread, dent in lamp shade, stain in bathtub low water pressure in shower, elevator was out of order. Room could use a little TLC :( A short walk to Green Meadow Park which has a fishing pond with ducks and a playground...nice little refresher. Pleasant staff. I would book again.

Hotels were sold out everywhere due to a graduation ceremony that weekend but Alexys was very understanding and thoughtful with and and made check in process available, fast and easy. Will come again in the future!

Service from front desk Alexys and assistant Manager Easter were the best you can ask for ! They made you feel as if you were at home ! I highly recommend most welcoming hotel you can find in New Mexico !
