Small, dark hallway, no A/C in elevator. Rooms are tiny, dirty. Surround area was convenient, but limited on restaurants.

No the service is rubbish and what they advertise is totally different to what is actually offered let’s take the pool for example advertise as a pool on premises and when we tried to gain access none was given when we asked the question we were told it was under a refurb, then we seen local residents in bikini coming back from the pool. And when asked again no visitors can not access the pool. Then someone else’s clothes were in a kitchen cupboard. We checked out after 3 hours with no refund offered no apologies or answers to why they advertised pool, which a must in this country safe didn’t work suit cases couldn’t get into one of the bed rooms room beds are tiny. I would recommend going elsewhere where this place is crap and the service is worse than crap

This place is super nice. A great big apartment with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. There’s a nice swimming pool and a gym that’s available for use. The service wasn’t great though. I have been in contact with the host multiple times before arriving to check in earlier and the possibility of leaving luggage but when we arrived nothing was ready and communication was super difficult and hard to get. There was even a moment when we thought we got scammed since we couldn’t get a hold of anyone and since there’s no reception with a welcome. (The building is filled with privately owned houses and businesses) The security/frontdesk was rude and not helpful. After three hours we finally checked in. After we stayed here for 4 nights we left but weren’t even allowed to leave luggage for an hour or two which makes it sad because the appartments are great! And once your in it’s totally worth it I still recommend this place but be aware of bad communications and instructions about how and what to do. Pre plan this so you won’t be surprised, don’t expect early check ins and once your checked out your on your own

No customer service, late check in. All front office locked, waited an hour for help. Then at 1am took payment and disappeared. No customer service staff, declined phone calls for help with dirty furniture and towels. The distance from restaurant and amenities is not true. One restaurant is in Hanoi not metres away in Ho chi Minh. Supermarket kilometres away not 50 metres.
