Steer clear of this apartment. It is dirty and grimy. The owners do not clean the place and there was hair and stains in the sheets, and dirty clumps of hair in the shower. We informed the landlord when we realized how dirty it was, at 9pm (we checked in around 430pm and quickly went for dinner), and she refused to refund us for the night. She would only refund us if we immediately left the apartment (where are we going to find another hotel when we have 2 kids with us and it is pouring rain outside!!?). Also there are bugs in the apartment (see the pictures of the shower and kitchen) We had booked 3 nights and canceled the rest of our booking. We got our money back for the 2 nights. We moved to Somerset Ho Chi Minh City apartments. It was a bit more expensive but was like night and day - 5 star experience at Somerset. Rip off. Don’t book unless you are desperate.
