Amory Apartment Nguyen Trai

This company has two locations in Ho Chi Min. We booked at this location, but when we arrived and called them, we were told we had been moved to the other location because of a problem with the air-conditioning. This therefore is a review of the company rather than this specific hotel. The location we were moved to was better located, however the room was not cleaned to a high standard There was a speck of blood on the bedsheet and a bath mat that looked like a rag. We informed them of this and the floor mat was changed, but I'm pretty sure the bedsheet was just turned inside out as a fainter stain was present on the other side of the bed. The breakfast wasn't great. The meat tasted strange and I think the bread was stale. Furthermore, the room had terrible soundproofing. We were kept awake by noisy neighbours. When I called the desk someone did knock on their door and say something, but to no effect. Overall, a disappointing stay. Even budget hotels should and can hold themselves to a standard of service and cleanliness.
