The location is excellent and the hotel is right at the centre so it's only a few walks to Hiroshima castle, the peace park and the shopping street.

Hotel was clean and check-in/out was smooth. There is a convenient stall linked to the hotel as well.

24 hour front desk, and despite the language barrier they had a digital translator. They do try their best, got to give it to them. Location was good, alot of resturants nearby. Size of room was ok!

The room was very clean but the set up was very awkward with a sink in the bedroom and the shower and toilet separate. It was quite a long walk from Hiroshima station. Closest transport was a tram which isn't covered by JR pass so I ended up paying extra to get to and from the station. You had to collect your own toiletries from reception. Was ok for a night stay but wouldn't stay longer than that as no space to even store a suitcase and had to leave it by the door.

Very spacious room and bigger than usual Japanese hotels, good size for couple and 2 medium luggage. Close to city centre of Hiroshima

Barebones hotel. No complaints other than long waits for the elevator.

The hotel is amazing. They were so friendly, nice and helpful. They made reservations at restaurant that did not have online reservation system on the phone, since we cannot speak japanese. They also helped with everything: e.g. you can buy the cable car day and more days passes there.

Good location, pretty spacious room (we were able to open two cases so that's some metric), good breakfast. Staff was pretty responsive. Room had strange bathroom locations and transparent shower door, but it did not make much of a difference.

Very nice hotel and good service

Very affordable hotel that boasts clean and quiet rooms. The rooms were abit small but we knew that beforehand. As with many Japanese hotels, the amenities were top notch with great design thinking. We tried to use the laundry but it always full - there’s a waiting list and no reservation allowed. We went to a coin & wash shop 5 mins away for about the same price. Location wise it’s a 5min walk to the Main Street of streetcars so pretty convenient. 10mins walk to Hondori too.

What particularly impressed me was the thoughtful bathroom layout – separate toilet and bathing areas, a feature that elevates the entire experience and provides that extra touch of comfort that seasoned travelers will appreciate. My night's sleep was nothing short of blissful – comfortable bedding and a peaceful atmosphere ensured I awoke refreshed and ready for the day ahead. If I were to suggest one improvement, it would be the amenity distribution system. Currently, essentials like toothbrushes must be collected from a distribution area near the second-floor lobby, rather than being pre-placed in the room. This minor inconvenience is the only thing preventing an absolutely perfect score. Despite this small hiccup, my overall stay was exceptional. For travelers seeking convenience, cleanliness, and comfort in the heart of the city, this hotel delivers on all fronts. I departed well-rested and thoroughly satisfied – and isn't that exactly what we're all looking for?
