Above Möslbahn, outside the resort Hippach, in a secluded, quiet, sunny position, 300 m from the skiing area. Private: natural state property. Terrace (10 m2), garden furniture, barbecue. In the house: central heating system, ski boot dryer. Breakfast possible on request (extra). Steep motor access to the house. In Winter: please take snow chains. Parking (for 3 cars). Shop 10 km, restaurant 5 m, bakery 10 km. Ski lift, slopes 500 m, ski bus stop 5 m. Nearby attractions: Zillertaler Höhenstraße, Adlerbühne Ahorn, Fichtenschloss. Well-known ski regions can easily be reached: Zillertal Arena, Hintertuxer Gletscher, Penken. Well-known lakes can easily be reached: Achensee 40 km. Hiking paths: Melchboden 2 km, Geschosswand.
