Amazing location, terrible property. Find another location nearby to enjoy all the benefits of the area without dealing with the dated buildings.

I love staying at the Omni. Everyone is very friendly, rooms are great, and pool fabulous. We all enjoyed ourselves. We will be back- for sure

We loved that the hotel is right on the beach. The pools were nice for families with young children. The staff was very kind, welcoming, and accommodating.
I felt that for the price, the hotel should have been a but nicer and updated. The air conditioning didn't work in our room, so we were to warm on the first night, but as soon as we reported it, they sent someone to fix it. We ate at the Palmetto on the first night, and I was disappointed in my salad. It didn't have enough toppings just a lot of lettuce, and we weren't told until they served it that they had run out of salad dressing.
I would recommend the hotel install showers a you exit the beach to wash the sand off. Also, some kind of clothes line or hooks in the bathrooms would be nice to dry out swimsuits.

Horrible. Do not stay here! The pictures are deceiving and do not represent the real surroundings. Al seems outdated and dirty. Music and pool was so loud and horrible. The entire athomosphere of the resort was cheap and loud. We can not believe we spend 600 dollars for one night at this cheap looking, poor food, loud and dirty resort. Please safe yourself money and stay ANYWHERE else

Spent 4 wonderful nights there for our 45th wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been nicer. We came back to our room one afternoon and they delivered chocolate covered strawberries and Prosecco, what a wonderful surprise! It’s a beautiful hotel with lush tropical gardens and a relaxed atmosphere. We’re going to be back next year….maybe sooner 😉

Our luxury king suite was anything but luxurious. Bugs, shower and mini fridge broken. If you stay in south building on ground level you are in the parking lot. Requested to be moved from that area 4X and until escalated to management was told they would “try” two days later we were able to move to the other side to a room that was CLEAN with a working shower and fridge and away from the parking lot with our small children. They only refunded one of the two nights. The pool had spilled food and drink under all the chairs for the entire time we were there. Someone came around the pool to take orders maybe once every 90 minutes. The breakfast buffet was cold. The list goes Way on. We have stayed here over 8X and we will not be returning.

During the check out the hotel charges everyone $40 per night. I ended up paying additional $200 for 5 night. It is not disclosed anywhere on ******* website about that charge.

This was a great hotel. It's right on the beach. The Palmetto Dunes Pickleball and Tennis facility is within a 10 minute walk. The Palmetto Dunes walking / biking path is right accross the street from the hotel. There are also plenty of restaurants, places to shop, and activities within a 10 minute drive.
