Holiday Inn Express Hilton Head Island

Holliday inn typically gives solid mid level experience. With a lot of construction and spread out campus this was not quite that. Not bad just not as good as normal a standard breakfast a slightly below standard outdoor pool, great staff a little dirtier than expected. Great location close to everything with a short drive to the beach and 2 resident alligators living in a small pond close to the pool

Amazing place that is pet friendly! The service is outstanding! Every employee we encountered was outstanding! Perfect location as it’s not far from the beach or restaurants! The front lobby lady was kind enough to help us decide on a good dinner spot!

We wanted a hotel walking distance to the beach, but was sceptical about our stay due to some reviews. We needn’t have worried because this hotel was fantastic! Yes they are in the process of upgrading their hotel (we can’t wait to go back when it’s done). But the works do not affect the customers. The room we had was lovely, great balcony and views. The on-site breakfast was great. Location in to town and the beach was perfect. The staff were so friendly. The pool area was great and the dj on the weekend gave great summer vibes! We will definitely be back, and for longer next time.

Horrible place to stay! Paid ridiculous amount for a sorry hotel. Booked through ***********. Waiting to see if they do anything about it. It’s under construction but does not advertise that. No air conditioning where u get on elevators or in the elevator at 95 degrees. By the time you get to the car you already need another shower. Rooms are very outdated and run down. Parking is terrible and inconvenient. Lots of safety issues to watch for.

The staff at this hotel were exceptional! Orlando checked us in and he was great about getting things straightened out with my credit card. (The one I’d used to make the reservation with in July was stolen in August-Ugh!) Location is perfect, you can walk to beach and shopping. Room was a little small but Each room has a balcony. The pool was a good size and very clean. Quiet area, great place to take walks. (Watch for gators though! There are signs everywhere) Parking included in reservation which was nice. The only unusual thing about the property is that you walk from your room to the breakfast area. It was about 75 yards? (Don’t rely on my math though). We didn’t mind walking but there is a free breakfast shuttle if needed (golf cart) I cannot say enough about the amazing staff. Every person we spoke to was friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay again

We enjoyed our one night stay here while in the area. We were made well aware of construction going on, thankfully we didn't have to hear any of it as we stayed on a Saturday night. You could see it all around, including inside of the building we stayed in, but it didn't hinder our stay any. Our room was very clean and spacious. Nice view as well. My only complaint was a leaky fridge in our room (we just threw towels down once we noticed and notified the front desk.) Breakfast was good the next morning as well.
