I wouldn’t give them a Star at all. I am writing to express my extreme frustration and concern regarding an incident that occurred at your hotel during our stay yesterday. My family and I drove three hours to attend a gymnastics meet at your hotel. Upon arrival at 12:30 pm , we found no valet attendants outside, so we parked in a handicap spot and placed our parking ticket on the dashboard, as is customary for us. After walking a few feet to the entrance, we were greeted by valet attendants who were inside the building but made no mention of any issues with our parking or that we should not have parked in the spot. We attended the meet, which concluded around 5:45 pm, and we remained inside the building until approximately 5:45 pm before returning to our car. We have a luxury vehicle that is regularly serviced, and the car notifies us immediately of any mechanical issues. On our way out, however, the tire pressure system alerted us that we were losing air. With almost loosing control of the vehicle, We pulled over on the highway and discovered that there were *seven slashes* in our rear passenger tire! I immediately contacted the hotel, only to be told by Marah, the manager on duty, that there are no cameras in the front of the hotel, only in the back. I was informed that she would need to speak to the valet team to investigate, but no one could explain how this happened. This is a serious matter. My family was put in extreme danger due to this act of vandalism. Had we been traveling at a higher speed or not caught the issue in time, this could have resulted in a catastrophic accident.It is clear that either the valet staff or someone parked next to us caused this damage, and the hotel must take full responsibility. This is not just an inconvenience—it is a life-threatening situation that could have ended much worse. We are appalled by the lack of accountability from your hotel staff, who seem unwilling to take responsibility for what happened on their property. I am demanding a thorough investigation into this incident, as well as appropriate accountability. This is a serious safety violation, and Hilton should not be allowed to avoid responsibility. I will not rest until this matter is resolved in the correct and just manner.This is an unacceptable situation, and I will make sure that Hilton is held accountable for the damage and endangerment we experienced. Jan,28,2025 I woke up To unauthorized charges on my card for over 900 dollars . This place is ragtag resort do not stay here . I will be contacting the FTC, and my lawyer.
