This scene can be enjoyed on the elevated back deck complete with comfortable outdoor seating, and a full size grill. Carolina Place offers owners and guests a large beautiful private pool and pool area with additional grills, a shaded community space, and first come first serve tennis and pickleball courts – just a five minute walk away! Inside the home, there is plenty of room for the whole family with 3 bedrooms and a sleep-in den area. This home offers a semi-open, updated and fully-stocked kitchen, plenty of seating for dining indoor and outdoor, board games, high speed internet, and cable TV. The master bedroom offers high ceilings and an ensuite bathroom with a soaking tub and shower, as well as incredible lagoon views out of the sliding doors onto the back deck. PLEASE NOTE: Access to Sea Pines requires a Sea Pines gate/vehicle pass. The Resort is in charge of how these are obtained. There is a weekly charge between $10 and $30 per vehicle. As a guest, you are responsible for these charges. They will be in addition to your daily rental rate.
