Boutique hotel. Good location. Possible to walk along the beach to Turtle Beach to see sea turtles in their natural habitat. Service excellent by the manager and his team. Beautiful rooms. dinner and breakfast were very tasty - but facility needs maintenance. No hot water in the morning. AC stopped working in the middle of the night so got hot and stuffy. Many mosquitoes so bed should have needed nets. Outside lamps not working. Pillows and blankets smell mold. Can’t recommend until upgrades and maintenance performed.

My regret is that I didn't stay here more nights. The service was excellent. The beach and pool were so beautiful. There is a good Italian pizza restaurant close by if you're craving something other than local food.

We are 3d time here, and will come back again for sure🙏🏻 Peace of heaven in hectic Hikkaduwa. Mr. Sunil and his team made our holidays special as usual, they did their best to make our stay unforgettable pleasant 🙏🏻 best Restaurant in Hikkaduwa for sure, we didn’t wont to eat some were coz Chief in Villa Saffron did his best! Michelin star! Thank you so much🙏🏻 We plan our next visit to your little paradise.

This was our last stop before going home. The best was saved till last! The Villa Saffron was wonderful! We were there for Christmas and the owner put on a special Christmas party for all the guests! His hospitality is extraordinary. This place was magical and I wish we could have stayed longer. I am definitely going to return.

We finished our 2 week vacation at this beautiful Villa. We were spoiled 3 days with top service (thank you Sunil and staff) and amazing food. The location is perfect, at the beach at the quiet end but walking distance to the beach restaurants and hang out places. Top.

This was a very special place, we just loved it. Lovely staff with manager Sunil at the top, swimmingpool, garden just by the sea, beautiful rooms. Just 5 rooms in the villa which makes it familiar. Beautiful architecture and styling. We were served meals in different places every day, the terrace, the garden, the beach We will be back!

Sunil is the best manager ever. He will ensure that all your requirements are met with the biggest smile and makes sure you have the most amazing experience ever staying at the villa. The place is aesthetically pleasing and the food is also really great.

Lovely villa with such a nice decor in Hikkaduwa. I stayed there with my mom for 2 nights during our trip to Sri Lanka and it was the most beautiful place we stayed at. The hotel staff is very attentive and caring. Shoutout to Sunil who helped me while I was struggling with a cold due to the humid weather in Sri Lanka, he was very nice and prepared a steam inhalation for me. We also met the hotel owner and his wife who gave us great tips for Colombo. We can highly recommend this place if you want a beachfront boutique hotel experience in Hikkaduwa. Lastly, food was also delicious (both breakfast & dinner).

Worst hotel in the world. Still awaiting a refund that they said they would give but they ghosted us. We had to leave early due to terrible food and unhygienic standards. Avoid, avoid avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid, avoid. The worst pace I have ever stayed at
