We chose this place based on our guide's recommendation, and we did not regret it. Very nice, well-lighted, comfortable rooms (especially the upstairs ones), nice balcony, kind and helpful staff, and amazing breakfasts. A 5 minutes walk from the beach and services.

Nice rooms big for family and clean. Nice breakfast with variaty of flavors to salty sweet etc with coffee and juice Nice envoronment and pool Mr Sanjeeewa,super hospitable and attentive man, the owner, who welcomed us and took care evey detail.

Good hotel near the city center and beach side. Amazing people are working here, good homemade food and nice atmosphere. Railway near the hotel for us was not a problem. Definitely this place is worth more than a lot of high stars places. Location is perfect, is really clean ! if I will back to Hikkaduwa definitely I will stay here ＜3

We stayed here for one night and it was great. The hotel has a beautiful pool, perfect to cool down during the heat. Also the breakfast is very good. The rooms are very spacious and the host is super friendly and gave us information concerning train tickets etc. thanks again !

Such a hospitable family run guest house who makes you feel right at home. Will go out of thier way to do anything for you. The room are huge and very clean. I will definitely stay here again when I return to Sri Lanka. Would would recommend thus guest house to anyone who wants to relax but be in walking distance to bars and restaurants.

Great little boutique hotel with nice rooms, a great patio, a nice breakfast, and some really enjoyable common areas in open air near the pool. This was a nice boutique hotel experience in an environment that felt like the best kind of hostel experience from my backpacking days. Large, well equipped rooms, beautiful furniture, great library. Everything here was fantastic including the location which is close enough to walk to many places but remote enough to be able to enjoy a bit of solitude.

I think this hotel is the best place to spend the vacation in Hikkadduwa. Its located opposite to beachside but very closer to both Hikkaduwa beach and the turtle beach. We initially booked one night but we stayed the next day also in the same. We stayed in an upper room. It was very nice and spacious. The room was designed in two parts. The first part is comprised of basic facilities, a seating area, and a bathroom. The sleeping area was designed like a treehouse. There were a few steps to climb up to go to that area. It was wonderful and comfortable. Our kids enjoyed themselves there very much. The sea view was amazing. The owner Mr. Sanjeewa and the staff were very friendly and helpful. They are always ready to provide greater satisfaction. Thank you Mr. Sanjeewa and staff for their hospitality to us. This place is one of the best places for value for money and safety. The breakfast is very good. Many restaurants with different tastes are available around the place. I highly recommend this place and will be our first choice on our next trip to Hikkaduwa.

The wife and I had a two night break here as main holiday centred in Negombo. Upon arrival we were greeted by Sanjeewa and his staff although we were an hour earlier than we had said we were given a fruit juice each and ten minutes later the room was ready. The room was spacious with everything you need kettle, fridge, air conditioning and large bed complete with mosquito netting, balcony was a good size and looked out onto the railway which I quite liked. The hotel is situated in almost what feels like a jungle setting with great little pool and lovely grounds, the hotel is perfectly situated for Turtle beach about five minutes and good snorkelling about five minutes the other way the railway station is ten minutes walk straight up the tracks. Breakfast buffet style some of the best samosa’s I’ve ever had and omelette and fried egg cooked to order, all in all a great breakfast and great stay and excellent value for money. Just a quick footnote, special thank you to Sanjeewa as nothing was too much trouble for him and also his hard working staff

Отличный отель и сервис. Впечатление, как будто мы приехали отдохнуть к своему другу на дачу. Хозяин очень приветливый (как и весь персонал). При встрече подарил каждому по цветку,угостил свежевыжатым соком и сладостями. Номер на первом этаже со своей верандой очень просторный. В номере есть всё необходимое: сейф, кондиционер, чайник и чай, фен. Кровати для взрослых и ребёнка оборудованы противомаскитной сеткой. Месторасположение отеля просто шикарное: в пешей доступности 2 пляжа, автобусная и ж/д станция, супермаркеты и рестораны. Отель располагается в небольшом удалении от центральной улицы, утопает в зелени. Территория ухоженная. Есть свой небольшой бассейн с атмосферной подсветкой. Единственный минус отеля - железная дорога,которая проходит сразу за оградой. Однозначно рекомендую данный отель к проживанию. При следующем посещении будем выбирать его вновь.
