At Ease Beach Hotel

extremely friendly and warm staff. nothing is too much for them to serve you and that with the biggest smile. beautiful quiet beach directly at the accommodation with the roaring waves in the background. complete peace, both at the pool and on the beach. taxi service and organized excursions with their own team are possible. in short, a must for anyone staying in Hikkaduwa! we would stay there again immediately. with the tuktuk you are quickly at all kinds of eateries.

Location was very good. Ocean facing. But no room service. You can't even bring food from outside and eat in the room. Wi-Fi was pathetic in the room. I would give an average rating. Thilini was very helpful. The house keeping boys were very good

Very calm and peaceful location facing to the sea. Very clean rooms and service from kind staff with smiling faces. They always ready to help to the guests. We got the breakfast from the hotel. There are no much verities for breakfast, but the made it delicious and we loved it. Hotel facing to long clean beach and you can find lots of other restaurants along that beach.

Nice place. Friendly staff. Breakfast menu does not contain fish/meat. If you order these, you're charged extra. In my friend's room the AC had busted. They promised to give a discount but pretended they never offered this at the time of checkout. My friends had to pay for an AC room without AC. The receptionist and hotel owner were not even apologetic about the shortcoming. Very disappointing

Unfortunately, we arrived with a virus which only got worse so didn’t get to fully experience the hotel facilities or surroundings. The weather was also terrible. Our children did have a quick swim in the pool when the rain stopped. During our brief stay we found the staff to be incredibly friendly and welcoming. Breakfast was good, eggs/toast/jam/fruit/tea/coffee and waffles for the kids. The room was adequate although being stuck in our room we would have liked Wi-Fi and more UK-style plugs as we have found elsewhere in Sri Lanka (there was only one). Bathroom was great, room was clean and beds comfortable. We live in Colombo and would definitely consider staying again when the weather is better and hopefully we are in better health! We had a wonderful two weeks holiday At Ease and enjoyed every day. Especially the lovely and friendly staff and the owners gave us a very special feeling of being special guest. Everyone is! We did some daytrips organized from the Hotel and they were Lots of fun. We also took the airport transfer to both directions and it was right on time and, professional driver and good car. Our child had so much fun by the pool with other children. The room had a very well aircondition, safe, balcony, fridge… No moskitos! By the pool were own towels and lovely set up for sunbathing, also shade when asked. When having the breakfast you can choose lots of fruits, tea, coffee, eggs, toast and pancakes. We also got very good advise from the staff, for our daily adventures.
