Natalia was excellent during check in, fast and nice. In the morning there is a great breakfast. Definitively will stay again!

Great staff, great service, great breakfast that is open until 11am, rooms are gorgeous, bathrooms are clean, everything's was above my expectations.

I would rate this place a 5 star had it not been for the terrible wifi and having no tv service because of the poor signal. Breakfast was good, clean, staff was kind.

Nice hotel. They're prices have gone up since they include the new restaurant but the breakfast is very good. My only complaint is that there is never enough space for parking

No windows means no air circulations so yiu can imagine the smell every time i walked in the room . They had an airfilter thing that woukd read full within hours after its change after the 2nd change i told them forget it. Blackout happened 2 nights out kf the 5 night i was there, the blackout happened multiple times in a matter of 2 hours. Took a little while for generator to kick in but i am grateful they even had one. Its for sure in the hood. The walk way is narrow with only one way out from your room if theres a fire not sure if anyone would survived. The front desk staff dont speak english and very rude except for one young lady not sure the spelling of her name but its start with Geneisu not sure but she is the only one who speak english and very kind. She is sweet and kind. She is extremely valuable to this hotel. I booked them because of the review however if i knew what i have learned i would have never ever stayed there not even free of charge. I do believe if the people who did these 5 star reviewed were not being paid or loved ones of the owner , the probably never been any other place before to understand what 4 to 5 start service looks like. I guess i get what i paid for but as i said if i knew what i have learned prior to booking i wouldnt have. RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN RUN AWAy

The hotel is closed to the main points lime The Basislica, the museum, but it was hard to get the place and my room didn't have a refrigerator to refrigate my mom's insulin. All rooms are supposed to have one. The staff was friendly and there is a parking lot to park your car..

No small towel for your hands and face no soap enough for your hands everything was limited dirty towels not clean noisy place I ask for a blanket they told they we don’t have ….not place to stay and recommend to anyone.

Excelente customer service near restaurants church pharmacy etc love this place we will definitely come back !!!!

The Hotel was Good but the area is not safe at night
