The lake house is located on 2 acres of a secluded property and directly on 68 acre motor boating Washington Lake. The house has a unique design, as each bedroom is on a separate floor, providing a romantic & private setting.
They entire house is yours, during your stay!
I have a maintenance team that responds if and when needed.
Secluded, Catskills lake front, modern wooded vacation getaway. Small town, antique shops, 5 miles from Delaware river rafting. Great stream and lake fishing. Eagle viewing area near base of Swinging Bridge reservoir. Good restaurants in the area and the brick oven Pizza at the Corner store in Eldred is a must. Tusten hiking trails with views of the Delaware River, the quaint town of Narrowsburg with breathtaking views, antique shops, art galleries, a coffee house, and dining. Skinner's Falls is nearby, where you can swim, canoe and inner tube. Lake Superior State Park is nearby, which features a swimming area,
life guard, sand beach, picnic areas with grills, and rowboat and paddle boat rentals.
Big Bear Ski resort is within 20 miles, which offers winter tubing.
Port Jervis is 22 miles from the house, where you can catch the Nj transit train.
Shortline Bus Service from Ny Port Authority to Monticello Ny, Monticello is approximately 25 miles from the Lake house.
