Hialeah Motel

Mostly because the wifi hardly worked at all during my 3 night stay-and not at all the last 12 hours. I was given a room just across the street and I was getting 2 mpbs on my speedtest app v. 200+ when I was standing in the lobby-where the router was! They need to put in a simple $100 wifi extender in that building. The room was just strange. No chairs-no table. Just a beat up old end table at the bed-apparently it was found some prior day out by their dumpster. No art at all just grey beat up walls yet the bathroom was sparkling and modern-it appears to have just been updated which was a strange juxtaposition with the rest of the decor or lack thereof. Finally, the coup de grace so to say, were the front desk staff-all seemingly Bolshevik style aggrieved Cubanos who have yet to have been taught by the Castros how to smile. Chill, comrades, chill.
