The best hotel for families that I have ever visited, amazingly equipped down to the last detail. Great food and lots of entertainment. We will definitely be going again next year. I recommended all families on the World. Thank you for this experience.

One of a kind family friendly resort near Lake Balaton. Amazing staff, great food. This place is all about kids’ entertainment. Outdoor and indoor playgrounds, kindergarden, family spa, gokart track, etc. Don’t miss the Bobo Fun Park next to the hotel either!

The most family friendly hotel in Hungary. It was our 4th stay in this hotel and it' every time a 5 stars guest experience. They provide many quality activities for the kids while the parents can relax in the spa or enjoy any beauty treatments.

We are hungarians,but live in Austria for a while. We booked a family suit with our 2.5 years old son to let him enjoy wellness time with us.We selected this hotel because it was so much recommended by so many people we know. We are very disappointed in general. We have left the Hotel after one night(which was booked for 2 nights). The suit was not equiped as it was described: *The kids room alarm system was not functioning at all(after i called the Reception,they clearly stated that non of these things are working all over the hotel), * there was not an anti-slip mat in the shower!! ( "family friendly hotel"), *entrance door could been easily opened by a 2.5 yrs old..... -Did not isolate any noise *balcony fence was complitely missing (although we were on the ground floor,but still...... The " Hotel neighbours" up and next to us were behaving as pre-historicals....10 p.m. doors were shutting and kids were crying in front of our room etc....aweful! In the main restaurant the food repertoire and quality was good but allergen info was complitely missing.Nowadays it is a no go: especially when we talking about a children friendly hotel. Stuff of the hotel was friendly. All in all,we really do not recommend them! My opinion is that it is overrated, expensive, overhiped,average quality(max. 3 stars) hotel.
