I have to say, what I enjoyed the most was animation program. Aauazumba and aquagym with Yuliya was amazing and powerful, darts and boccia with Tomas was amazing too and I had so much fun. Evening program like karaoke, bingo, game night and disco I really enjoyed and also the other guests had fun. Big applause for animation team 👏👏👏

We spent our vacation in this beautiful hotel . We stayed for five days . We enjoyed and were so happy because of the excellent service that we got especially from Mr.Giannis , he was so kind and welcomed us with a warm smile and whafever we needed he btought to us . It was a joyful stay in this great hotel because of your marvelous staff especially Giannis. I wish him and all your staff the best of luck

The hotel was not the best, but the personnel was wery sweet and helpful. Especially the spa: the manager, Eleni, was very helpful and sweet, and our therapist, Antonis, was friendly and very skilled. I would go back Just for the spa! Otherwise the food was OK except for the undercooked chicken, and the area is kind of a maze. Nonetheless, not a bad option if you find a cheap offer

Absolute hell hole avoid at all costs. Disgustingly dirty,staff rude. One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in genuinely.We ended up there after our flight was cancelled.Why anyone would actually pay to stay here is beyond me. Rooms full of ants and lizard on the bed.No working safe aircon. Rock hard beds

Stayed here for a 7 nights all inclusive holiday, this was my first time abroad, staff were very friendly and helpful, there is food avaible all the time during the day, which is great. There are 2 pools and one is always quieter than another which is good. Cocktails are not included in the all inclusive package and are around €9 each. Rooms were a little dated and could do with a lick of paint. A short walk from the main shopping ***** and a shop, with a bus top just outside the hotel. If your room isn’t in the main hotel it is a long walk up a steep hill to other rooms and the villas. There isn’t any sort of room service for food and the cleaners do clean the room everyday. Would I stay here again, yes I would.

I stayed at the Mediterraneo with my wife and 18 month old son. The hotel itself is OK - It’s got lovely views of the sea and was fairly clean. The room was a good size and had everything we needed. There was plenty of seating area around the 2 bars (lobby and pool). It was about a 2-3 minute taxi drive from Hersonissos centre and about a 10 minute walk from the nearest shop (Spar). Although we had a lovely family holiday, it definitely isn’t worthy of 4 stars. The food was quite poor - If you are travelling with children under the age of I’d say 10, I’d probably avoid. Very poor options for children. The food itself was below par quality. I’ve stayed in 2 & 3 star resorts and the selection and quality was much, much better than here. Even the all inclusive drinks selection wasn’t the best. Cocktails were not included and if you wanted to buy them, they were about €9 a pop. It was ‘Cola’ not Coca Cola/Coke and ‘Orange’ instead of Fanta. For 4 of the seven nights, we ate out at restaurants down the road, purely because our son couldn’t have had a proper meal if we didn’t. Overall an adequate stay, but I definitely won’t be returning to this hotel. This is probably a good choice if you are travelling as a couple or older children. Staff were brilliant and so helpful.

Amazing 10 nights in Crete/Mediterraneo Hotel. Eva was fantastic at Breakfast and Lunch, always accommodating. Definitely check out Star Beach, in low season they let you use their facilities. The waterslides/water park are available for €10 euros per person, per day.

Everything is amazing, the buffet food is delicious and the way the staff interact and do the turnaround is amazing. By far the best hotel I've sayed in, the entertainment is brilliant and the bar staff are great. The pool areas are very accommodating
