‏I had a wonderful spa experience at Senseana Hotel. I booked a treatment that included a scrub, body wrap, and massage – it was absolutely relaxing and refreshing. My therapist, Zacharenia, was fantastic – very professional, attentive, and made me feel completely comfortable throughout the session. I left feeling rejuvenated and would highly recommend this spa to anyone visiting the hotel.

Let me preface this by saying I’m well travelled and love an all inclusive hotel. Just returned from this hotel and whilst it was aesthetically pleasing, I did fail to see what other elements made it 5star. We travelled as two adults and a 4year old for a week. At check in, we had to pay £100 tourist tax which feels far more than I’ve paid in any other country. We had a jacuzzi room which was was nowhere near big enough for 2 adults let alone a third child. I’m not being but there was no space to swing a cat let alone store 3 suitcases and a buggy. The bathroom shower was a wet room style, all open plan. The wardrobe/storage wasn’t enough and it was exposed (no doors) so you constantly had to look at your things hanging up which felt like you were living in mess. The rooms didn’t get cleaned every day, just beds made, the jacuzzi was a lovely touch however the light didn’t work, and I complained about this every day as it makes a difference when using in the evening and it was never fixed. These rooms are better in my opinion to the private pool rooms and they have zero privacy. You could touch the people in the pool next to you. Also if your next door to someone who’s kids want to use the pool at 5am it wears thin! The main buffet selection I felt was poor in comparison to other lower star all inclusives, they didn’t have the usual staples every day such as pancakes for breakfast for the kids. The evening selection was as also limited,particularly if you are vegetarian. The hotel has two a la carte restaurants, which you have to book 3 days in advance and you only get to eat in one of the restaurant once as part of the all inclusive offer, after that you have to pay, you should be able to visit each once as part of the offer. The drinks selection was very good at the bars and the staff were very friendly and welcoming. The main pool is not very big, the water always looked murky and because some of the sun beds are literally located in the pool you’re constantly getting splashed/wet. The water park is great, be aware that the bigger slides require children to be a height of 120cm minimum and they do check! The smaller slides for children is great but gets chaotic and the lifeguard pays no attention to the number of kids hurling themselves down the slides at the same time. Someone should be stationed at the top (like at the bigger slides) to ensure kids are leaving enough space in between go’s as it was just ending up in carnage and tears. The evening entertainment was poor, very poor in fact. Usually either a singer or musician for around 45mins. No shows or “entertainment”. One night they had some performers but it lasted 30mins. Again, this is all completely fine but all of these things do not equate to a 5star rating. It’s very basic in comparison to other all inclusives. The site itself is compact, which is nice as there is always seats, sunbeds, tables etc available but it lacks atmosphere. The music round the pool and the water park is j

The hotel hospitality is amazing, all are smiling and generous in their welcoming. The food, swimming pool and water park are great. We had a great massages at Senseana Spa hotel candle oil aromatherapy and deep tissue. Both therapists Haris and Emma were amazing. Professional massage treatment and extra care. Both my girls also loved their massage and had an amazing experience. ❤️
