Great location, yummy breakfast, free access to sauna and gym, private pool and common pool, very friendly and helpful staff, parking on the premises. Ask for suggestions for trips or places to visit to the manager (Veronique). Own kitchen fully equipped. Must rent a car. in order to be able to visit anything.

Nice option for Heraklion area. You need a car. It’s kind of far from everything but the accommodations are nice. Stayed at one of the suites with pool. It’s not a full service hotel per say as after 3pm you’re on your own. Nobody on-site in the afternoon but I suppose you can always reach the manager Veronique if something comes up. Owner complained that we were taking some food back to the room after breakfast. Big deal. For a place like this what’s the harm. No need to be so rigid. That was kind of a buzz kill moment he never said hi or anything but said something when he saw us taking some pastries. For the price per night he should be offering us pastries to take with us.

We would highly recommend staying at Onira suites. The apartments are modern and stylish. The staff are extremely welcoming and helpful. The suites are quiet and peaceful. The location is beautiful with an amazing view to the sea from the infinity pool.

Beautiful rooms, very friendly staff, great welcome. Pool has great location, with great view of the sea in the distance, yet very quiet. Free prosecco and mineral water in the room and at the Pool.

Indeed dreams ( onira ) do come true. The place is amazing and deserves the highest score. Recommended wholeheartedly. It is evident that thought was put into every detail to make the holiday enjoyable for vacationers. The suites are spectacular, aesthetically clean, pampering and equipped down to the smallest detail. The staff of the place are pleasant and kind and go out of their way to make the stay pleasant, and above everyone with a pleasant smile and a lot of patience, the hotel owners ( the lovely couple jeanne and yosi ) walk around greeting, showing interest, and recommending trips and points of interest. We enjoyed ourselves more than expected, we are delighted to recommend and will continue to recommend to our acquaintances and we are convinced that we will continue to return and visit crete because of the unique complex.

The hotel is located a walking distance from the beach, fantastic amneties, and a lovely staff. Highly recommended! The view from the balcony and from the pool is mesmerising. Bonus- there is a very cute cat that likes pets walking around.

We visited for 10 nights and stayed in both the Delight and Bliss suites. Each very different in decor, but both were equally stylish and comfortable with private pools and amazing sea views, particularly at sunset. The staff at Onira Suite Dreams go out of their way to make your stay special. In particular Veronique was on hand at all times to arrange and advise on everything we needed as well as providing great recommendations for restaurants and nearby places to visit. Maria and Andrea from the catering team are also super friendly and give those extra special touches at breakfast. The housekeeping team were discreet and efficient, probably the best we’ve ever known. During our stay we visited the Hersonissos port area or old town most nights which were easily accessible by taxi. We also hired a car for a few days to explore and see more of Crete. If you crave a boutique hotel experience away from the crowds, you won’t be disappointed.

Lovely place - very quiet so if quiet is not your thing then do not stay here. The villa was very nice, was given a welcome pack (not a cocktail like most others described). There was nothing particularly wrong with the place but felt it didn’t have much atmosphere and nothing really to make you think wow! Eg no one at the ‘bar’ all day. The service became a little inconsistent towards the end eg we came in from a long trip and no daily water in fridge. Would have bought some if we’d known for example. One thing that was excellent was the breakfasts. Andrea did a fine job and we all loved the fresh orange juice. The villa and surroundings are lovely.

We stayed for a week in the Beauty villa and it was just perfect!!! Beautifully designed, very spacious and spotless clean. Add to this the nicest staff ever, Veronique the operations manager that accommodated, always with a smile, all our requests, and Andrea that spoiled us during breakfast and by the pool, we couldn’t have asked for more. Can’t wait to be back soon!!!
