every picture tells a LIE the place is and service is absolutely disgusting from top to bottom food and drinks awful we spent 11 nights and had to spend a extra 1500 pounds eating and drinking out in the local bars and restaurants AVOID this place altogether it's definitely not a 4 star properly 1 maybe 2 star

We were on all-inclusive holidays as a couple with 2 children. Resort is very clean, 4 very nice swimming pools, we had a room in "Klio" building with private swimming pool but that's all for positive opinions about this place. Restaurant only 1 available for about 2000 people. To get morning coffee was a waiting time around 5-10 minutes waiting. Food is not really great taste but enough for surviving. Availability of soft drinks was OK but choice from alcoholic drinks was restricted to beer, brandy and ouzo, you can forget about cocktails, whisky or anything other as all inclusive or you have to pay additional fee starts from 8-9 euro per glass at beach bar whichbelongsto this hotel. Nearly all staff was very polite above 2 mates at tropical bar. Wrong attitude, arrogant, no points to comment on this. The last thing was too many Ukrainians. I would say over 50 per cent. The reason why I mentioned the Ukrainians' nation because one of them behaved was like a Russian soldier. Ukrainians people plus alcohol means 100% problems. You dont have to drink with them, is more tham enough you will be not to far or at the same bar. My wife was a victim of sexual assault and this was finished our holiday.

I agree with Cathy paid a lot of money to be put in what I would say was a converted store room, a/c crap b/room poor condition w/drobe falling apart, try conversing with reception to complain means nothing to ignorant people who don’t even speak English or Greek or pretend not to I complained about the room to be told there wasn’t another WHAT on a site that big or was it because I wasn’t Eastern European yep if you are not don’t bother with this place & this is coming from a person who speaks fluent Greek, place is a mess, WORST all inclusive we’ve ever been to !!!!!!!😡😡😡😡 me my wife & 4 year old granddaughter.

Oh my gosh where do I start. After a 2.5 hour transfer we arrived at the hotel. It was myself and my 12 year old granddaughter. Even her reaction was. Is This It …. We checked in . And was told a colleague would take us to our room. Unlike Turkey / Morrocco or other destinations. The colleague didn’t help with baggage. Which was fine. So we trundled of with our luggage. After a while he stopped. Asked if I spoke English. I am English . Was directed to the room. Up 4 flights of stairs no lift. It was a struggle but we did it. Our room. View was beautiful room was ok. Until we checked the bathroom. A huge crack in the bath. So bad we couldn’t shower as it leaked. Through the floor. So we went to reception and was advised to come back the next morning. So we made do with things. Till the next day. First thing we went to reception. Saw a different lady. Who asked for photographs of proof. I was fuming. So. Marched back to get pics. Along with a maintenance guy. Who agreed it wasn’t good. So we got given another room in the Main hotel building . View wasn’t as good but Bath was fine So we finally set to unpack . And hopefully start to enjoy our holiday. The hotel is very old and tired looking lots of broken tiles in and around the pool area. Not very clean. Unlike most hotels the floor around the pool would be hosed down and clean. It didn’t happen here. The restaurant isn’t capable of coping with the volume of people they have. Food was cold no matter what time we arrived. Not a lot of choice. Tea / coffee machines kept breaking down. Restaurant staff not happy in fact none of the staff came across happy. The bar …. Only allowed 2 drinks per person. Mmmm depending on your nationality… I’ll leave it there .. Choice is beer : wine : ozo : brandy that’s it. And fizzy drinks for kids. No kids cocktails. 10pm on the dot the bar closes. And the mean even if people have been queuing for 10/ 20 mins. They still close. Only 2 people serving. Both very miserable.. no atmosphere at all On the plus there is a beach cocktail bar. The lady who runs that is wonderful always happy. Great cocktails for adults & kids. And it’s a 2/4/1 between 6-7 . Highly recommend going. That’s a positive. There are a few shops outside the hotel that are pretty reasonable and some nice restaurants. Also walk along the beach to Star Beach. Water sports 20 euros each for banana boat. 10 euros for the waterpark all day and it’s not salt water unlike the hotel pool . We spent our last few days here. Lovely restaurant lifeguards are fun with the kids. Would I return not in a million years even my 12 year old granddaughter said she’d never want to go back. Sorry it’s negative. But I spoke to a few English families and we all felt the same. It was very Russian dominated. And for what it cost it should have been 4-5 star.

After reading the bad review here I was ready for some problems. 1. night Was terrible because aircon didn’t work and mosquitoes flew into the room. 2. day we get another room and it was so much better. Animation team made an amazing show and fun for us. Thank them and all the Stuff in restaurant 🩷 but food was average, deserts were Very bad. Room Was cleaned every day. Hotel need care and more purity, including swimming pools. However we had beautiful holiday 🩷 good feelings

Dear tourists and travellers , If you are looking for a place to stay DO NOT stay at Eri beach it may look nice on the outside but has some pretty BIG holes on the inside… Literally when we were there, there were holes in the HOMEMADE ramps they fillled it up with cement and painted it with NO wet floor signs i’m surprised there were no footprints talking about wet floor signs, there were (almost) no health and safety signs except one wet floor sign where of course it’s gonna be slippy (because it’s by a pool) and why put that flooring down when it’s going to be slippy? my aunt had a private pool and a room crowded with beds for whopping amount of money (aka. €5190 plus extra €1000 so €6190 for a private pool) all for their toilet to be clogged they went to a new room for the night

A week ago, we returned from this hotel. We stayed there for 14 nights, and we were disappointed, to be honest. The outdoor environment of the hotel looks great, but the rooms do not so much. If you are lucky, you will get a new apartment...if not, you will get an old one, just as we did. We could not even close the bathroom doors; the mechanism did not work. I reported that at reception, but after 15 days, the doors were not repaired. There were occasional water and electricity outages. And I must mention the incident where the cleaning lady let a stranger into our room while we were at lunch. Some very confused old German man refused to leave our room. I reported it at reception, but they didn't seem to care, and I had to use the help of a travel delegate. The food was just average. Desserts looked like from the school cafeteria, and not many options. And if you wanna cocktails, you can have only ouzo and brandy...no special drinks. Simply, this is not a 4* hotel..2*a at best. If we ever visit Crete again, we will definitely not visit this hotel.

I cant understand people who are concentrating on drawbacks. Our family holiday in Eri Beach was very very good. The rooms were normal, the maids were cleaning them every day and changing towels and bedsheets. The food was good too: omlette, crepes for breakfast, salad, meat stews, fish for lunch and a lot of choices for dinner, also pasta frenchfries, fruit and desserts... Drinks are ok too, thanks to Hara. We didnt need to get up before 7 and run to take the sunbed, there are a lot of them in different places, near the pool, in the shade, near the sea. Our kids loved mini club, especially Sarah.We liked evening shows - hit parade, karaoke, fakir show with Kimo. Animation team was very friendly. It made our holidays.

Biggest dump on the island avoid at all cost. please do not bring your family here you will regret it. 1st room had no toilet and stinks of piss also no a.c you will feel like your dieing every night with no sleep then we was moved to a better dump which also has no a.c. the food is 500 people fighting over a small buffet of food you don't even want to eat if yiu can get to it .i go away 3 times a year and have never experienced a place as bad as this no way is this a 4 star hotel .2 stars would be kind at BEST PLEASE PLEASE STAY AWAY

.The newer part of the hotel with swimming pools and an aqua park was great. Unfortunately, the old swimming pool and infrastructure around it require renovation, as do the bathrooms in the rooms and air conditioners. Cleaning was ok. The animators worked with energy and smiles. The worst thing was the all-inclusive restaurant and bar (especially the one by the beach). Crowds in the restaurant, unwashed plates, sometimes tasty food but mostly cold or undercooked. The drinks are of poor quality, the coffee is terrible, the only alcoholic beverages are uzo and brandy from plastic bottles. Drinks and coffee at the 'paid' beach bar are very good. The location of the hotel is great: views, promenade, nice tourist town with a port and lots of shops and pubs.

That were one of the most amazing and relaxing holidays ever. Me and my daughter were admired by the surroundings and beachfront view. It's good that you don't need to hunt sunbeds, there are plenty of them. The food was OK, you can choose between fish, meat, different kinds of salad, fruit, etc. Friendly staff, everybody smiling and doing heir job in the best way. Special tribute goes to the animation team, They work hard all day with kids in the mini-club, organize sports activities such as aqua gym or aqua zumba, stretching, darts, etc. There are fun evening programmes every night for both kids (mini-disco) and adults. Kimo is top animator ever, he is both professional and charismtatic as a personality, You must definitely see his fakir show, outstanding. Overall our holidays were super, thank you:)
