You can’t let your stuff be on the tables without it getting stolen from the cleaners. The food is terrible and the pool is very dirty even tho it gets cleaned every morning

I don’t usually leave reviews, but I felt compelled to after our stay here last week, from 14-21st july, especially given the high cost and 4-star rating. If you’re considering booking here, I’d strongly suggest reading on so you know what to expect. The Positives: There were a few good things: the two male bar staff were friendly and welcoming, the pool (though small) was clean, and the beds in our room were genuinely comfortable. The location is also a big plus — a short walk from nice bars, restaurants, the beach, and only a 10-minute drive from town. The Room: We stayed in a triple room which was fairly spacious, but poorly designed. There was no wardrobe — just a single rail — so we lived out of our suitcases. The bathroom was tiny with no holder for the shower head and no screen or curtain, meaning the entire room got soaked with every shower. Oddly, no hand towel was provided either. The balcony was small, and a large generator on it pumped out so much heat we couldn’t sit out for more than 10 minutes. Cleaning was minimal — a small drink spill on our floor on day two wasn’t cleaned for the entire stay. One member of our group was even refused a room clean when they asked for a few more minutes to get ready. One night we returned to find no running water at all. Pool & Outdoor Space: Despite the hotel having space for around 200 guests, there were maybe 30 sunbeds at most. No matter the “no reserving” policy, it became a stressful early-morning race for beds. If you missed out, your only option was paying €15 for loungers at the beach. There was also no shade on the comfier pool beds, forcing us to hide in the bar area sporadically to escape the sun. While the pool was clean, it was far too small — it felt crowded with just 10 people in. “All inclusive” doesn’t mean what you’d expect either — cocktails are only available after 6pm (with very limited options), and poolside snacks were just leftovers from lunch. To top it off, a disgusting sewage smell often wafted through the pool area, especially near the shaded loungers — not exactly relaxing. The Food: By far the worst part of the stay. I’ve been to several all inclusives and this was without question the most disappointing. The food was bland, repetitive, and often poorly labelled. One member of our group has a nut allergy and another cannot eat pork — but there were no allergen signs, and staff couldn’t confirm ingredients. One chef even told us he didn’t know what kind of meat was in the meatballs. We ended up eating out multiple times just to feel satisfied — the local pizzeria down the road was far better than anything served at the hotel (which defeats the point of paying extra for all inclusive). The Staff: The bar staff were great, but most others spoke very limited English, which made communication difficult. Hôtel excellent à tous points de vue. Par contre, il aurait été bien que l'hôtel soit dans une enceinte fermée avec parking. Il est au bord de la rue ce qui rend le stationnement parfois difficile. Le passage des véhicules le soir est souvent assez bruyant.
