Penn State College of Medicine Lebanon Valley College Elizabethtown College and State Police Academy are within short driving distance from our location. Our location is about 10 minutes drive to Harrisburg the States Capita and Hollywood Casino 30 minutes drive to Amish Country and Dutch Wonderland and one hour drive to historic Gettysburg. There is a maximum occupancy of 4 people in a standard 2 double bed room including children and infants. Room rates vary per occupancy. All rooms have a Exterior Entrance and are Non Smoking sorry no pets allowed. Minimum check in age is 21. Necessary identification card and valid credit card or cash deposit is required at the time of Check in. Check in time is after 3 PM.

"We stayed here for a weekend tournament. This was very conveniently located near grocery, restaurants and gas. The room and lobby were very clean and the staff was pleasant. The rooms have a small fridge and large desk space. The lobby has two microwaves available as well as a cute dining space. Breakfast was basic, but enough. There was no indoor pool and that's the only thing this place was missing for travel with kids."

Welcome to the Cocoa Cottage, one of the original Milton Hershey homes, built for chocolate factory staff in the late 1920's. The cottage is situated in the heart of downtown Hershey, where on any given day the scent of chocolate fills the air! It is nestled within one block of the Best Restaurants, Cafes, Hershey's Live Theater, Parks, Italian Market and even Zoo America! The Cottage boasts the best seats in town for all fireworks celebrations on New Years Eve and the Fourth of July!

During the summer months between Memorial Day and Labor Day your family can enjoy a private salt water in-ground swimming pool, gas grill and deck with a view of Hershey Park's rollercoasters! This house is available year round for a family vacation, reunions or a cozy get-away. Monthly rentals are available if you're here on business or relocating.

Two of the bedrooms have queen size beds with TV/DVD players. The third bedroom has a bunk bed with a full size bed on the bottom. If you need an additional bed there is a pullout sofa in the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked and all linens, towels and pool towels are provided. All you need to do is pack your suitcase!
