We were there for only 1 night as we had a flight next day. As a hotel close to the airport it perfect. If you want to experience San Jose then it is a bit far off. As a diamond member for trip ee got a good deal and was worth it

Good location, close to shopping, restaurants, and the main highway . Excellent breakfast was included.

超級差的酒店，永遠不會再住，皮膚過敏，起疹嚴重，到現在都沒有好！定了3晚，住了一晚，因為到達已經很晚沒辦法，第二天已經説明情況不能再住，需要看醫生，到現在一個星期過去了，房費還沒有退，超級差的酒店，應該永久關閉，不要再害人！潮濕發黴，全是味道！沒辦法打0分，要不然肯定是0分！

商務型簡潔酒店，適合出差

主要是考慮離機場近，方便提車才選的，不過各方面來説都很差，尤其是網速，晚上居然連網頁都打不開，而且下午的時候沒有熱水，前台説因為人多高峯，所以沒網？？？這真不如民宿

I was terrified of someone breaking into my room for reason and couldn’t sleep. I placed all my luggage by the door. In the middle of the night around 1 am someone opens the door suddenly. I called the front desk to report someone breaking in and they say it was the security. Is that even legal? I have never ever heard of a security guard walking into someone’s hotel room while sleeping. I couldn’t sleep rest if evening and my blood pressure was high. I felt very unsafe here

My stay was average. The ice machine was broken but it’s a clean environment. I was happy that there was an English speaker at the front desk. I didn’t get her name but she helped me book an amazing tour to La Paz Waterfall.

Rooms are not clean the bathroom was dirty, no water in the rooms, breakfast was not good at all. We could not get a good rest it was very noisy in could hear everything

This was my first time at this hotel. It has a nice shopping center and good dining options very close. Hotel is very clean and the breakfast has many options. What I did not like there was no refrigerator, ice bucket or glasses for the room and the tv only had two stations. The AC unit leaked down the wall and all over the floor. If you need the shuttle to the airport the hotel will charge you $20. I thought that this was outrageous and I got an Uber for $7.50. Will not be a repeat customer

All facilities are old. Bath towers are very old. The AC is very old, and the cold air it blows out is full of moldy smell. It was my worst experience staying the “hotel by Marriott”. It costs me $168 / night, for sure it is overpriced, and it is a motel instead.

The lady at the front desk had a lousy attitude. She gave us a room that was occupied, we had to go back down to ask for another room, not acceptable.
