Management is too rude and dont care about guests however other staff was very friendly

Worker needs to be more friendly.Food was excellent Mr Husain was very helpful in Restaurant .Food at Mexican restaurant was very good.

Disappointed. Not the 5 * luxury as sold and advertised as. Old dirty and run down both in the rooms and around the resort. Rusting shower head and bin, plaster falling off the walls both inside and outside of villa. Rotten woodwork to window frames and outside decking poorly repaired in places not done in others. Tiles broken in bathroom. Bloodstained mattress. Badly repaired sun lounges to villa with no parosol. The small beach area was not cleaned regularly and had a lot of building debris. Swimming pool tiles missing, green algae on top tiles. Sewage smell.

My wife and I had the most amazing and wonderful stay at Taj Coral Reef Resort Maldives while celebrating her birthday. From the moment my wife and I landed in the Maldives, we knew we were in for an unforgettable experience. The journey to Taj Coral Reef Resort & Spa began with a breathtaking speedboat ride, gliding over the crystal-clear waters of the Indian Ocean. The sight of the turquoise sea meeting the azure sky was a perfect prelude to the paradise that awaited us. As we approached the island, the first thing that struck us was the sheer beauty of the surroundings. Lush greenery, pristine white sand beaches, and the vibrant coral reef enveloped the resort in a natural splendor that was both awe-inspiring and serene. The warm welcome we received from the resort staff, with refreshing drinks and cool towels, set the tone for what would be an amazing stay. Our villa was a perfect blend of luxury and comfort. Designed with a keen eye for detail, it featured contemporary decor that complemented the natural beauty outside. The spacious room had all the modern amenities we could ask for, including a plush king-sized bed, a well-stocked minibar, and a large flat-screen TV. The bathroom was equally impressive, with a rain shower and a bathtub that offered stunning views of the lagoon. What truly made our villa special was the private deck that opened directly onto the beach. We spent countless hours there, lounging on the sunbeds, dipping our feet in the warm waters, and simply soaking in the tranquil atmosphere. It was our little slice of heaven, a private retreat where we could relax and unwind. One of the highlights of our stay was the incredible dining options available at the resort. Each meal was a culinary adventure, offering a diverse array of flavors and cuisines that delighted our taste buds. The all-day dining restaurant, Bokkura, quickly became one of our favorite spots. The breakfast buffet was a feast, with a wide selection of fresh fruits, pastries, cereals, and hot dishes. The live cooking stations, where chefs prepared pancakes and other dishes to order, added a delightful touch. We particularly enjoyed the Maldivian specialties, which gave us a taste of the local cuisine. For lunch and dinner, Bokkura offered an extensive menu that included both international and Maldivian dishes. Equally impressive was the Open - The Grill, a beachfront restaurant specializing in South American cuisine. Dining under the stars, with the sound of waves gently lapping at the shore, was a magical experience. The dessert menu was also a treat, with decadent options. The Reef Bar was another favorite hangout. With its laid-back vibe and stunning views of the ocean, it was the perfect spot for a leisurely drink. The bartenders were skilled mixologists, creating delicious cocktails that were both refreshing and innovative. Visited with family, stayed in a water villa and beach villa both for 4 days and 3 nights. It is worth every penny spent ! The food, the rooms, the hospitality, the excursions...nothing to complain about. Snorkeling was a memorable experience. Could see the aquatic life so closely. Sunset cruise was very well planned and organised. Pickup from Male airport to resort and back to the airport was flawless.

From coming out of Velana airport - the smooth pick up facility to transfer to the hotel, reception at the hotel and the water villa stay for 3 nights was memorable event to us. The food journey through out the stay was made much more memorable by Mr Hussain of Bokkura restaurant - who guided us in selecting different food through out our stay (from the menu or outside the menu) Thanks Mr Hussain. Went there with my spouse and daughter and all of us loved it. A friendly environment and all hotel staffs are extremely helpful, courteous and professional. We stayed in a beach villa for four nights and the room was cleaned every day. We loved the ambience in the small island. It will take about six to eight minutes to walk around the circumference of the island. There was a large variety of cuisines ranging from South-East Asian, Chinese, Indian and European. The staff members at the restaurants are wonderful and gave us lot helpful tips in what to choose. There was no dearth of choice as far food was concerned. There was a swimming pool facing the ocean which we enjoyed as a family. The transfer from airport to the island and the departure from the island to the airport was efficient (takes about 40 minutes on a speed boat). Overall, a memorable experience.

Island with incredible marine life and house reef. Swimming in the ocean, snorkeling and diving were our top priorities on this family vacation (2 kids under 12 yrs, grandparents in their 70s). Our trip was memorable and relaxing. Much gratitude to the attentive staff who catered to all our needs with warmth and detailed care. We had an all inclusive package and veered away for one night with a private bbq for our family on the beach. A splurge and absolutely worth the experience. Kids swam without us in the ocean most days and went snorkeling by themselves in the house reef. We indulged in massage at the spa and it was relaxing and detoxing. Leia, Tien and the staff at the dive center are extremely patient and sent us home with remarkable memories of the underwater world! Highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing vacation surrounded by nature (incredible house reef).

It was excellent stay at Taj Coral reef Maldives. Service was superb and so was amenities. Property is beautiful and I am very much impressed. Highly recommended. Reef bar is exceptionally well and I enjoyed my most the times there. Bokkura serves great food. Entire service staff was also nice and full of courtesy.
