Plenty of space, nicely furnished with a modern touch. Clarly suitable for a longer stay. Technical limitation: you need a phone to open the appartment when arriving but this necessity is not clearly communicated when making a booking. The main downside was that WLAN had only poor connectivity at most times had poor connectivity, at other times was not usable at all.

Fantastic place to stay with a family! The rooms are very comfortable and clean, there is everything that you need for a comfortable stay. Easy to find and to check in. The communication with the host was easy and pleasant. Top place.

Received numerous mails for check-in procedure using QR code. But there was no QR code to use at the entrance. After a dozen calls a lady arrived from the other cloud7 hotel in Heinsberg. She opend the entrance and gave us the room key. No idea how we would have gotten this room key in case the QR code would have worked. No explanation or excuse given. The appartment is spacious and clean, however only one blanket even though booked for two persons. This was resolved. 45 minutes wasted time. Get your act together people from cloud7, please.

Two nights booked. The flat as such was fine. But there is no service or reception if something goes wrong. No WIFI, no bedding for the second bedroom. No one from the house accessible, neither by phone nor mail nor in person.

Booked one apartment, but was given a different one even though the one that I requested was confirmed. They have two buildings, so they sent me to the other building. They put me on a ground floor. There was one blanket and one pillow in the whole apartment. Contrary to the advertisement, there wasn’t any wifi available.

The owner of this property was amazing! We had a great stay on our way out of Germany and i would reccomend and encourage anyone to stay here. It is in walking distance to quite a few good restaurants.

Nice short stay in the apartment. Queen size bed which is small bed for couple. The communication with check in is terrible, very unfriendly and angry man. We were on call with lady inform about our arrival late, and she was okay with time we said, but when we called was the man pick up with angry instructions.

I paid for and received confirmation for an executive apartment. When I got there, the apartment was not an executive apartment. I was on the ground floor with no privacy as there were only sheers on the windows. There wasn’t any Wifi. The person who checked me in yelled at me because I was not satisfied with the place as it wasn’t what I had reserved. There was exactly one comforter and one pillow, and no other blankets or sheets. It was super hot, no AC, so there was no ability to sleep as there weren’t any light blankets. I normally sleep with a pillow for my leg as I had knee surgery, but there wasn’t another pillow for me to use to prop up key knee. They would not refund me the difference in apartments. Stay away!

Die von ******* angegebene Anreiseadresse ist falsch. Bitte im Vorfeld mit Cloud 7 absprechen wo genau der Schlüsselempfang ist. Unterkunft sehr modern, alles im Appartement vorhanden.
