Xana Lite Hotelle (Heihe Central Pedestrian Street)

Small hotel nicely located in front of a busy street where shopping, restaurants and street food are minutes from the hotel. The inside of the hotel and rooms looked refurbished and new. Room was very clean when we xhecked in but housekeepng throughout our stay could have been better. Our tea cups, after use, were not washed and placed back in their position. Floor mat was missing during one of the day. Hand soap dispenser was not working and although we took off the top of the dispenser to indicate, the housekeeper did nothing and so, we were not able to dispense soap throughout our stay. Hotel breakfast buffet was a local affair and while not exeptional, was tasty.The front desk staff wete polite, patent and provided good service. The Embankment of the Amur River was a 10 minute walk from the hotel and a place worth visiting for a nice casual stroil at the waterfront. As an overall, it was good for money but housekeeping could be better.

房間不大，但是打掃的挺乾淨，前台小姐姐服務很好，熱情的介紹附近的吃喝玩樂。樓下就是步行街，相當方便。除了房間電梯有點侷促，其他都挺好。早餐也不錯，乾乾淨淨的，吃的放心。酒店離母親廣場也很近，步行即達。我甚至還步行去看了一場電影。

這家酒店是我特別滿意的存在。沒想到黑河的酒店有那麼舒服， 環境：地段一流，去景點和江邊都很近，旅行很方便。 衞生：很乾凈，設施很全，被褥舒服。 服務：很好很熱情！每一個人都很有禮貌，真的很貼心。 不足： 1，車位有點緊張，但跟前台溝通好，他們會協調 妥當的。 2，洗衣機衹有兩台，又沒有app查洗衣機情況，每次跑來跑去看，有點累。 圖片是房間往下看的夜市圖和白天恢復道路。在黑河，晚上逛下夜市很開心，就在酒店門口，特別方便。最好的俄餐走路8分鐘就到。很省心。
