Strategic location right in the heart of the town. Did not get breakfast but there is a supermart within walking distance and managed to get some sundries. Railway station just beside the hotel but was not noisy. Room sound proofing is very effective. A Burger King restaurant attached to the railway station. Room and bed are comfortable. Good ambience. Parking garage is shared with Intercity Hotel and does get a bit confusing because there designated zones. Spaces are limited. So, good luck with finding a spot.

The location is superb - Heidelberg Central station is practically next door (3 mins on foot). The hotel is very new and has an open plan in the lobby and breakfast area - appeals to the young travellers. True to the German style, the craftsmanship and design in the room are well thought-through. Everything you need for a long or short stay is there in the room. We don't need daily cleaning services, so that's fine with us, much better that way to save water and detergents. Breakfast is good, too with a nice wide spread of choices of juices, hot drinks, continental bread, cold cuts. We had 2 encounters (couldn't figure out how to use the cooker and hair-dryer) with the staff and they are really efficient and helpful.

酒店位置不錯，就在火車站旁邊，門口有各路公交車，去哪裡都很方便。前天工作人員都很友好，房間乾淨整潔，客廳和卧室之間有拉門，可以隔離成兩個獨立的空間，衞生間乾濕分離，完勝大部分酒店的三人間，性價比超高！

프론트 데스크 직원이 조금 불친절한 것만 제외하고 모든것이 굿. 조식은 독일식 간편 조식입니다.

離火車站非常近，房間因為新有些味道。總體設施不錯，房間有點侷促。但價格適中。因為是公寓酒店，所以一般不打掃。步行到老街大約30分鐘。

多謝前台服務員為我們升級至套房， 可以小型煮食， 位置在火車站旁邊， 有welcome drink， 有洗衣機可以洗衫

房間很新很乾凈，周邊很安靜，離火車站也很近。就是酒店新的到離開的時候都沒有拿到房卡，全是服務員親身帶開房門😅還好衹住一晚。

新開的酒店，硬件相當不錯，裏面的用品全新，質量也不錯，價格也比周圍略便宜。但缺點是管理有待提高，入住和退房都花了很長時間，服務員不會英語，連住了三天中間沒人打掃，也不更換物品。有部分設施還沒完工

剛開業的公寓酒店，廚房設施一應俱全，還有免費膠囊咖啡供應，多住幾天都沒有難度。酒店離海德堡中央車站非常近，十分方便。

酒店就在火車站旁邊，位置極佳，可惜車位不足，但早餐也不錯。

房間很乾凈，前台服務專業，離火車站比較近。 推薦入住這個連鎖酒店。
