Washroom exhaust fan was not working. I told at the reception still no one resolved it. No wifi. Asked for the password but was not able to connect. At this tarrif we get good hotel with all facilities in karnataka then why city like hazaribagh is so expensive still not giving basic facilities really disappointed.

Property is old near hazaribag bus stand. Food quality needs much more improvement. Compared to cost hotel needs to improve more

It's 1 star kind of hotel, old furniture, dirty towels, less of amenities, unprofessional staff, poor break fast quality.
